I have had Western Heating & Air Conditioning come out to service my air conditioning twice in the last 4 years. They have been very professional and have taken the time to explain what they are doing. I am also confident in their recommendations. Jose S. came out this last time. He did a great job and I'd recommend him for your residential heating and A/C service.
My ac stopped working. I called at 6:30 and it was back working by 9:30 on JULY 5th! Devonte was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Plus he was just an all around great guy. I’m a customer for life!
Tyler was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, and went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of.
They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem and providing options for a solution. When the technician left my AC was up and running again.
They were efficient and clean and came right at the start of my time window which was perfect. I had my tankless water heater flushed to remove any build up from the hard water in Utah and they made sure everything was working correctly afterwards. They also cleaned up after themselves which made the whole process feel seamless!

Mason and the western team were excellent to work with. Mason completed a very thorough inspection of my furnace and ac and found that my coil was very dirty potentially harming my ac system. Mason spent time to ensure I understood the value of maintaining the system and creating trust for me and my wife. We will be calling on Western again for our air conditioning needs.

Western air is a wonderful company. They answered all my questions and made it very easy when I had to make some changes to my appointment. I got text updates so I knew when the tech was coming. Gabriel (the technician) was very through and professional. He did a very good job and even wore booties to keep my house clean. I was very impressed. He really went above and beyond. I also like that Western Air does both air and heat. I will be a repeat customer! I had Tyler out today to fix the AC. He is very professional and helpful did a great job. Once again I (sadly) had an air conditioning issue. It was perfect timing as I was getting my yearly check up for my system. Aaron M. came and figured out my issue. He also had to special order a part. He was able to get the part early and came days sooner so we didn’t have to live without air any longer. He really did go above and beyond.
Ben was the nicest guy ever. Took the time to look EVERYTHING over and explained what he was doing and what he found. Would recommend!
This is my second time using western heating and air and I love them! They have a monthly subscription that will save you a little bit of $ over the course of a year. They are quick to come after I call and schedule an appointment and I love the personal touch of how they send a txt when the technician is on their way and a picture of the technician so you know who to expect. Each technician has been sharp, clean cut and so kind. Highly recommend this company as we have our primary residence and the rental property on subscription.
Was very happy with Gabriel and his ability to tell me how my A/C unit and systems were running. I appreciated the tune up and service on an older unit which never had been serviced. Would definitely recommend Western to all!
Just moved and the stress level is high. Needed a gas appliance hook-up. What a wonderful surprise when Zac showed up. Discussed several options and pricing. Expected to pay under $300.00. But the option we took was a little more money and we'll Wirth it. Thank you Western for sending a professional with the knowledge to complete the job with great results. Because of Zac and the person who took my call you are the company we will use and recommend.
Over priced did not disclose service call price. And double billed me just for looking at a moter.

Had our system start to die late last night, and they were able to send someone out this morning! Gabriel came out and was so awesome, giving us all of our options! He was on time, exactly as scheduled- which is super appreciated!! Even being undecided of how we wanted to move forward, he offered to take care of an abandoned, pesky birds nest that had been torturing me for the last 6 months 🤣❤️ It was completely unrelated to the call, yet he still got his ladder out and took care of all of it for me, knowing I couldn’t reach it— just because good humans ❤️ The best for sure and I will forever appreciate!!! (Y’all better take care of and retain that one!!!) We’ve seriously had dozens of workers in and out of this home since moving here, and not a single one would have gone above and beyond like that.
The Western H&A team were great. They were responsive and my tech was thorough and informative.
Gabriel performed a tuneup on my system for the AC and set me up on the $10 a month program where it’s 120 a year with two visits from you guys.
Got amazing service on our furnace. Devante was knowledgeable, explained things well, worked fast, and was very thorough. Saved a ton of money using them over the quote we got from Any Hour Services. Western definitely earned a lifetime customer. Thank you, Devante!
