I can't even begin to say how pleased I am with this company. When my blower motor went out on a year and a half old system, they had sent Steve who was knowledgeable in this field. Sadly the part was on back order, but the office was able to locate one in Chicago. They forced a place into a busy schedule to allow someone to come and install it. Brandon's communication was great the entire time. I used them because that is who installed my HVAC on my 2 year old home. I do not blame them for the motor going out, It is sadly just one of those lemons that I was issued. They are a company I will use again, and not think twice. Steve was on time for both appointments, and Brandon kept me informed everyday as to the progress of the part location during shipping. Then they made sure to get it in in a timely manner. It was 3 days shipping, and they gave me the option of overnight, but at my expense which I feel is completely fair. Had it been the last few Junes, I would have paid for the overnight. They truly understood that living without AC even in this cooler June like we have had in 2023 was not good. Brandon and Steve both said, they want to get this fixed before Saturday because temps are forecasted to no longer remain mild. That showed they are empathetic to the customers and are willing to do what they can to get your HVAC online as fast as possible. Finally when I called and told them the builder had told me they had been the ones to install the system no talk of money was every done. Every other company always talked about how much it would cost, then would look at their schedule. I would rather pay a higher amount for a company that is willing to find the earliest appointment before money is talked about. In the end they were the cheapest compared to the 4 other places I contacted before I found out they were the ones who installed the system. Terrible HVAC contractor. Unfortunately this is who our builder used for our new home and we’ve had nothing but issues with both our furnaces and both our A/C units they installed. Equipment not vented properly, refrigerant not properly installed etc… My Lennox system only lasted ~3 years before it started to break down. Unacceptable for a very $$$ system that is supposed to last ~30 years (when installed properly). Stay away from these guys!!! There’s a reason they only back their work for one year…
Stephen was awesome. Called me to let me know the time frame. Showed up and figured out the issue and fixed it within 20 minutes. Stayed to make sure it clicked on and ran like new.
These guys have no clue what there doing they came out to fix a problem 3 different times under warranty put a hole in my ceiling and same problem started up couple weeks later. They left the hole just in case something went wrong now it's not under warranty there want to charge me 125 an hour to fix a problem they said they fixed and they won't even fix the hole in the ceiling
We used them in the past they sent out a technician he said our system was fine they charged us 125 dollars two weeks later our ac is shot
They wouldn't help me referred me to another company. Said they were unable to do much unless it was under warranty
They installed my AC/heating system in my new built home, 1 year 9 months later heating is not working at all! I call them to get a solution, but they offered me just guesses, tech was courteous but still.! I DO NOT recommend this company at all! Don’t waste your money!
When everyone was telling me 5 to 7 days just to come and look at my A/C unit and Holmes was there and had it fixed and blowing cold the next morning. Great job!
I DO NOT recommend this company. This company installed our AC/heating system in our newly built home, which we moved into 3 years ago. This company has been out to our home every year for the last 3 years to fix ongoing issues with our AC. We are having the exact same issue yet again, despite one repair about two years ago for an issue which took two different technicians to even find. We were told last summer to call if there are any more issues. Well, we called and were told that our system is no longer under warranty and we would have to pay for labor plus parts. They didn’t even fix the issue we’ve had over the last three years.
Woke up cold with my furnace not working. They quickly sent a knowledgeable tech out and I was warm before lunch!

Sadly, the worst hvac company in Utah that I have ever worked with. They would not correct their mistakes or stand behind their warranty.
im kinda a diy guy. so i called to see if i could buy a part from them. he asked my problem and told me to try a way less expensive fix first .ran to their shop got the part and im up and running. im impressed, they coulda just said nope, schedule an appt. thanks guys. i bought my first ac from you and when the time comes you will get my business again. saved me from a hot couple of days!!!!!
These guys are the best. They installed a furnace and fireplace for our basement finish project two years ago and they were much more affordable than the other bids! We love our HE furnace. I just had them come back out to fix a problem with our older furnace. They were quick, honest and affordable. I recommend them all the time.
My A/C wasn't blowing as cold as I thought it should so I asked Holmes to come out and check it. The technician showed up a few minutes early, was super friendly and efficient, checked everything out, and basically told me, "It couldn't be working any better." He gave me some tips about how to get the most out of my system (hint: run the fan all the time; it uses very little electricity) and at the end of the visit, told me cheerfully "no charge".
Make sure you get a bid with Holmes before making a decision on new HV/AC... We received 4 bids their value was unmatched for the same product.
Needed a new capacitor on a Saturday, they had someone make a special trip to the shop and had the part ready for us to pickup. Perfect company and price couldn't be beat
I needed a part to fix my air conditioner. They sold me the part for 60% the price of the competitor, had it sitting on the counter ready for me to pick it up. Easy to work with! Thanks.
