This is a fantastic company, they were very quick to get me my bid, and to get to work on the complete rewire of my home. CJ, and Cole are very hard workers, and we’re both very respectful toward me, I can honestly say, they both found a forever friend in me. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for some great electricians with integrity, good work ethics, and respect for their customers.
From start to finish, a very professional experience. I want to mention by name: Adam who processed the quote, he was very thorough, respectful, on time, and knowledgeable. The office individual who fielded my calls, texts, and helped with financing, Ashleigh, was incredibly patient and helpful. My job required an electrical panel change out and grounding rod install, the master electrician Devan and his colleague Cole did a top notch, safe, professional, clean job. The HVAC system installers, Austin and Tavis, were on time, respectful, professional, safe, clean, and performed the work correctly which is important to me. A member of this household has a medical disability that required the install of this equipment. They took this health need extremely seriously, took all necessary safety procedures when working in the home. This was not the case with every company I put a bid in with. Ultimately, is there a cheaper company you could go with? Probably. But you get what you pay for--why would you invest in your home with inferior service and installation that will cause you major problems down the road? I feel confident in the product and service I received because I know the employees did it correctly and safely. I will use this company again and again, I cannot recommend highly enough.
Austin Lujan and Tavis Vigil are absolutely professional installation technicians. Very courteous, knowledgeable and familiar with the equipment being installed. Austin was very helpful Explaining the new systems and setting up the Rheem ECO smart thermostat, and app. Every question I asked was answered while looking right at me. (This may not mean much to some, it sure does to me) It’s very comforting to know your company has true knowledgeable professional's. It’s to early to rate the Rheem systems, the furnace ran overnight and was very quiet ! Thanks Rick Young
I have only had a bid. Cody is absolutely amazing. He is so professional and respectful in so many ways. I was not pressured in any way. He explained all my options in detail. We will have Cody do our duct clean as soon as I get my floor replaced this spring. This is one guy that brings so much value to a company. He represents quality 300% I can’t say enough good. We've used Utah's Best Home Pros for years and they have always been professional, courteous and honest. We just had an instance where our furnace suddenly stopped blowing warm air and they were on it right away. Evan was amazing at diagnosing the problem and going the extra mile to resolve it (digging through 4 feet of snow and ice to clear the fresh air intake!). We feel really fortunate to have found a reputable company with pros like Evan who we know we can count on.
We have used this company for our rental property, our business and now our home. Chris is professional, knowledgeable and does a great job of communicating. We came home after a weekend away to a freezing house, after troubleshooting the furnace ourselves we decided to give them a call. Chris was over in an hour after calling on a Sunday evening. We now have a warm house to sleep in, thanks so much! Also I love whoever answers your phones she is so nice.
It was a little hairy without the filter for a minute but they came out and put a nice big new on it. omg heater now at 71° Feels like it’s 75. It’s working so freaking great! I can’t even believe it. Thank you guys. You rock! Much happier! Very good. Chris is totally funny when he wants to be funny! It rocks!
Brayden showed up to do maintenance on my HVAC system. I explained that I was a newbie homeowner and had no idea what I was doing and that I had bad allergies. He gave me great information and told me so much! He gave me a few things to look out for, suggestions and gave me bids for a few services that would help my allergies. He was WONDERFUL!! Highly recommend these guys!
Austin and Tavis replaced a 22 year old system and did a great job. They were fast and professional. Definitely enjoying the new system they installed. They even helped install a nest and save me a task on the honey do list!
Our AC unit stopped working in July of 2021. They came out and replaced the AC unit with a new one. They told us that it would take a few days for the new AC to cool off our home since it was over 100 degrees outside. After paying the $5,069.00 balance and waiting 3 days our house was still 86 degrees inside. So we called another HVAC company to come out and have a look at which point we were told that the AC unit we were sold was too small for our home and that it wouldn't work with our current furnace because they're totally different. We called Utah's best heating and air (as they were known at the time) back and they brought out portable AC units to cool our home for another week, then they came out and made sure there was enough coolant in the AC unit but never provided a solution to the highly expensive problem they created. Now our furnace and AC units are actively working against each other, our home is never below 85 degrees and a home warranty company won't cover repairs. Since this company robbed us they changed their name and phone number. I would recommend only using a company registered with the BBB
We had a great experience with Utah’s Best Home Pros. We had an AC and furnace installed. Austin and Tavis were great. They explained everything about what they did and how to keep up on the maintenance.
These guys were truly great! They were professional and affordable! My AC was old and finally broke down and they offered a great price for a new unit. While I waited for my appointment they provided me with two portable AC units for the meantime. Installation went super smooth and was done by Austin and Tavis who were very clean about their work and also showed me how use and maintain my new unit! I recommend Utah's Best Home Pros!
This company has been great to work with! Our AC stopped working just has the heat started. They came out and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, we needed a new A/C altogether. I thought we'd be looking at several days of sweating it out, but they were here the next day to install the new unit. They were even kind enough to lend us a portable unit to cool down our bedroom for the night before they could come to fix it so we didn't have to sleep in the heat. Great people and great service. Tavis is the one to install everything. He was professional and thorough in his work.
This company was very good. After a couple of miscues they totally delivered polite and professional service. The install went very smooth and Austin was very nice and efficient. Walked me through and showed me all of the system. I really appreciated the way they delivered. There was never any pressure to up-sale me and they were very honest and direct. Thanks to Brayden who came out initially to service our old unit and helped us reach a decision to purchase a new one.
Utah's Best Home Pros does great work. I contacted them to get a duct cleaning a couple weeks ago, and on Friday, Mr. Workman showed up on time and was professional. He answered all of my questions and gave updates as he was working through my place. This company gets an A+ from me, and I will be in contacting down the road for more jobs.
Utah’s best did an amazing job on our new furnace and A/C install, Austin, Travis and Cody did an amazing job with the install. The 3 above mentioned installers were very attentive to the install and worked late on a Friday to get the job done. Would highly recommend this company and these 3 installers

The service I received was phenomenal from Emily scheduling the appointments and keeping me informed, to Evan and Jordan coming out and going over everything pertained to the work done on my house. They were very informative. They made suggestions that would help me out for the long run. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. Scheduled my appointment, Emily called 30 minutes before they arrived. Travis and Austin showed up on time, explained to me exactly what they were going to do and were very professional, personable and they did Excellent Work. At a fair price. These guys are super straight forward, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. One of the technicians (Brayden Cunningham), was very professional, honest, and easy to work with. I give both Brayden and Utah Best Home Pros five stars.
We used Utah's Best Home Pros for an unplanned furnace replacement this week and had a great experience. We’ve lived in and loved our Kaysville house for the last 10 years with one exception – the heating/ac system. I won’t bore you with details – but after having 3 different installers from local companies to friends of friends do installs – none of the underlying issues were ever solved/addressed. Even on new equipment we would experience failures of the furnace in the winter and ac icing up issues in the peak of summer. I have spent more time than I would like to admit troubleshooting, fixing, and fighting to keep the system working let alone the house comfortable. After we discovered an unfixable issue with the heat exchanger during this last failure – we decided to look at alternatives to previous vendors to both help with the system replacement but help us solve what’s leading to the failures. Lucky for us – we called Utah’s Best Home Pros and Chris was available to come right down. Within a few hours Chris had arrived at our house and started diagnosing what some of those underlying issues could be. First – the make/model of our existing furnace was known to be on the lower end of performance. Second – the configuration of the air return was restricting airflow through the unit along with the filter placement allowing unwanted dust/debris to make it into the coil further restricting airflow. Rather than look at this as just a furnace replacement he outlined the additional steps he would take – adjusting the unit position so a second return air feed could be added to increase the airflow capacity. Changing the placement of the filters so it would be accessed outside the unit to fully force the air (and any debris) through the filters to protect the coil. Installing a variable speed unit to optimize the effort/airflow throughout the house to solve some of the temperature variances that we were seeing across floors/rooms. While historically we had bee
