Josh has made my experience so painless and peaceful He took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through the installation when they were done. I would give 100 stars if I could.
We had HK Mechanical install a new furnace and ac system in our attic that wasn’t there before. They also replaced our old systems in the basement with new. I cannot express enough how great of a job they did! It was a huge job and Josh and Eric took care of everything! They are super personable and also trustworthy! It took them 2 weeks and I could trust them to work in our house with us not there. They made sure every detail was handled and it was all very professional. I will absolutely use them again and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

I woke up on a Saturday morning with a furnace that wasn't working. I wasn't sure I could get someone on a weekend, but Josh came out that morning. He diagnosed the problem and got the furnace working. It did need a new part, so he was back on Monday to install the part. Communication and service were great.

Were very respectful, clean & even offered interesting conversation. Sean & Beau were excellent professionals and Josh was excellent in handling the appointment setup & my questions. Refreshing to have honest hard-working guys you can rely on. They did this all coming out to Tooele in a snowstorm. I will definitely use them again!
Water heater service call. Easy to book online. Uses a solid service and customer tool...easy for them to access prior work and model numbers. Josh K was so helpful, responsive, and kind. Gave me some good tips about my water heater.
Shaun came out to give us a quote on a better filtration system for our furnace and water softener. The price he gave us was very competitive to the other two that we received. The thing that we liked about Shaun he showed up when he said he was going to show up and was very respectful and clean in our home. We accepted the bid and Shaun started work the next day and told us it would be about two days to have everything wrapped up and sure thing within two days it was wrapped up and since those changes we have noticed a massive difference in our vents and rooms that used to be cold are now getting heat and having soft water has been a game changer. Cant recommend him enough!
I can’t emphasize enough how positive my experience with HK Mechanical was! It’s always scary choosing someone new for repair/replacement work, but I truly feel I lucked out with this crew! I called several companies and not only did they have the most reasonable diagnostic fee, they were also able to come quickly. I knew within minutes of his arrival that Josh was very knowledgeable, experienced, and a straightforward guy. It didn’t take me long to feel like I truly had a friend helping me. He understood our circumstances and it was obvious he tried everything to make our furnace run smoothly, but it came to no surprise when our 22 year old furnace had to be replaced. My brother worked for years in the HVAC industry and was able to verify that everything Josh did and every step he took was exactly what needed to be done. When Josh discovered a potentially dangerous issue in our furnace, he reworked schedules to get his crew in as soon as possible. After calling around and checking with my brother’s friends still working in the industry, it was evident that HK was giving us a fair and reasonable price for the replacement. Their crew was efficient and cleaned up every trace of their work. We’re now warm and cozy and feel very well taken care of after what could have been a very stressful day! I will use them again in the future, should the need arise and recommend them over and over.

HK was provided by a warranty company that I no longer use. Yet I am great full that HK was assigned to my cases for a water heater and AC replacement. They where very understanding of the issues and willing to work on my behalf to ensure quality work was provided with great customer service on both installs.
The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. He was very kind and personable.
They were on time and went through our heater to make sure everything worked then made sure it worked before he left.. Explained things to my husband so he knew what he had done
