I trust everything Randy says. I know he will give it to me straight and won’t do anything that doesn’t need to be done. Will never go to anyone else! I’ve had bad experiences with a lot of other HVAC companies, but Smedley Services truly are the best around. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I always call Smedley’s for my plumbing and HVAC needs. The technician that have came to my home was kind and courteous to me. My repair ended up being fairly simple but it was sure nice to have done quick when the temps got warm.
Brett and Team installed a new system for my home. He did awesome work. The Heat Pump is so quiet I don’t even know when it’s running.
So helpful and willing to work with our time constraints.

Left a message with Smedley service for a whole new HVAC and water heater. My call was returned same day with an over-the-phone estimate. The next day an in home estimate and load test were completed for accuracy. 2 days later and they were here to install everything all in one day. I couldn’t be happier with their service and workmanship. They will continue to have my business for years to come.
We have an obsolete boiler system, and it quit working. But it didn't take the tech long to figure out the problem and get it working again. Showed up on the early end of the service interval scheduled, got the job done pretty quickly, price was more than fair. I'm actually kind of stunned at the surprisingly good value and professionalism. I recommend Smedley & Associates.
Smedley was very helpful when our old furnace failed during the winter. They came out quickly, provided many repair/replacement options and even brought a few space heaters to keep us from freezing overnight. We were very pleased with our decision to use Smedley for a new furnace.

Each representative of the Smedley Service company that I had contact with was polite, professional, competent, and communicated effectively throughout the process. They were respectful of my home & family and willing to answer my many questions. I look forward to using them again for all our HVAC/plumbing emergencies, maintenance, and installation needs.
Went in today just to ask if they could fix a smart thermostat, which the type of repair it needed they couldnt do, but they did have the same model and the one step down. and even let me look at the step down version so i could see if it was the same base mount(everything was the same and i bought it, minus some features). every other place i tried just wanted to send a tech and get a diag fee. if i ever need parts again ill stop by here.
Bill corrected a problem that was probably close to 50 years old and caused our drains to clog quite frequently. Gave us a price that Scott Hale and Whipple were going charge $3500 MORE for. Seriously!! I’ve always been happy with their work and will continue to avail their service.
Our hot water heater went out and these guys took care of it quickly with no headache and at a good price!
