As long as I live in this area I will use this company for my AC system. They are always prompt and professional and discuss step by step what the problem is and how they can fix it. They are solid on prices and they know their stuff. I don't ever feel taken advantage of. My experience with Wrzesinski Heat and Air was exceptional. They truly set the standard for professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC repair or maintenance services.
Great service all around! It's still early March, before the Texas Summer "emergency" A/C season; and it's a lot easier both for the techs and the customers right now. But still: I called yesterday afternoon and by mid-morning today, the team (including the company owner) was here, inspected everything, installed a replacement for a weak part BEFORE it failed, under warranty (no charge!), put everything back exactly like they found it and are gone. They even called ten minutes before arrival so I put up the pets. Very considerate, technically proficient, prompt and reassuring. I expect to keep doing annual services with this company as long as I own this house and HVAC.
Brad’s team was prompt, professional and courteous and the price was reasonable. Good job guys!

I've only had great service from everyone at Wrzesinksi. They get back to you quickly and make it out as soon as they can. I highly recommend they be your first call when you are having issues or needing maintenance!
This company is awesome! So there it was, Friday before labor day at 1:30 P.M, and I live in Italy (20 mins south of waxahachie), its hard to get service for anything here. I noticed my house getting warm so I checked the thermostat and it was at 81! I knew everywhere would be shutting down early and not be open again till Tuesday. Wrzesinski was the first company to come up in my google search because of their awesome reviews and service. I called them up, the lady at the call center was very nice and said she would put my call in right away. I was nervous still because of the timing. It wasn't 30 minutes later, Cort called and asked what was going on and said he could have a guy out in an hour. Juan was out to look at it and fix it and I was all set and cool for the weekend. The pricing was amazing as well. Way lower than expected for A/C repair. Give them a call, you wont regret it! :)
Our blower motor went out days before record cold temperatures. I am so very grateful to the Wrzesinki team for a quick repair. They arrived on time ready to work. The technician explained the malfunction in detail and clearly described any cost prior to repair. I felt these guys really care about the work they do. I know who will be servicing my HVAC in the future. Thanks again
I picked Wrzesinski out of a google search because of their size and locality history. My calls were returned right way. They did not even give me a bill for starting up my new self installed Heat Pump. I might get one later but most want it when completed or they will tear it out. They trusted me and I trust them. Every reputable company and the tech was quick and efficient.

Prompt response to my call. A/C was out in the middle of last summer. Parts had to be ordered. They kept me informed, and immediately repaired the unit the day they arrived. My A/C and Heater repair company forever.

The best kept secret in the Air Conditioning business is found at Wrzesinski Refrigeration! Cort and Brad are amazing;! They take care of their business and they do one other thing that no one else is out there doing..... They have fair prices and you don't have to worry about being taken advantage of....EVER!! That right there is hard to find folks!! I highly recommend this company! Great people taking care of business and they've been taking care of folks a long time! I’ve never been more desperate than when, in the middle of a Texas summer, the air conditioning goes out. Cort made my service call a priority and had cold air blowing through my house in no time. Thank you guys for excellent professional service!
I have used these guys a couple times for air conditioning issues at our house. They are great. Always johnny on the spot and arrived same day. I also have an older house that is very hard to access. They never complained one time and got the job done same day. I recommend them to anyone needing heat/air/refrigeration needs.
