Got us ip and running!
First thing I will comment on is the response time from Amber, I placed a service request online over the weekend and she replied first thing Monday morning and had a technician ready to dispatch that day. She was very professional and understanding of our need to get or A/C running. The technician Josh was great about reaching out to me when he was on his way, and with his follow up after the repair. He explained what the problem was, what he did to fix it, as well as the other steps he took to check the filters inside the house. Fantastic company to work with. Highly recommended.
He came out after hours and repaired our outdoor ac unit by replacing capacitors. He inspected everything else as well to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong. We appreciated the thoroughness and the after hours emergency help.
I wanted to put in a word for 'Wayne Price Heating and Air' the most honest business I've ever used. My air stopped blowing cold on July 20 ...110 degree day...I read some reviews and decided on them and I'm glad I did because they were out to my house quickly and worked for over an hour and with new parts the price was dirt cheap. Great company and ask for Josh if you can get him.

We woke up to a tripped breaker and a very hot home with our a/c not working. Called Wayne Price due to the recommendation of others. The 2 Josh's were able to come that afternoon and take a look at it. I was pleased with honest feedback they provided and the tests they ran just to make sure they were correct! Very professional team and they were able to fix the issue and get the ac running in a short time.
We used Wayne Price in 2016 to replace our a.c system. They did an excellent job then and again today when Mr. Price came out within an hour of my call to ask for service. My central air had gone out during the night. Mr. Price diagnosed the issue within minutes. The inside fan, which was very old, had stopped working. The fan looked like it was very old. He went to his shop, picked up a new fab, came right back and installed it. What a relief the cold air was. He did a quick inspection of the outside unit and said all was well. He pointed out a problem with the hot water heater vent which was dangerous. I called Area Wide plumbing immediately and received same day service.Both companies gave fast, excellent service...very fair prices! Two companies I trust!
We we’re very pleased with the professionalism along with honest feedback of what was wrong with our ac. We had already received other quotes with pretty much a “your whole unit needs to be replaced “ mentality. Once Wayne came over and inspected then unit then John came over and fixed it, just in time for the hotter days upon us. These gentleman were awesome.
We have been using Wayne Price for around 15 years and he has always done a great job. Recently, one of our a/c condenser's went out and he was able to find a replace unit, which wasn't easy given the current delivery issues. We appreciate his efforts to getting us back up and running and the extra time he and Josh spent making sure we were back with a cool upstairs. Josh was awesome. So was his wingman who I'm sorry I didn't catch his name. I called them early this am and they were here in less than an hour. My ac was blowing hot and cool air. Mostly hot air after a power surge.The workers were efficient, honest and professional. I'm ready now for whatever this crazy Texas weather has to throw at me. So thankful to the Wayne Price Heating and Air team.

Woke up to a heater not working properly. Found these folks on Google. They were able to respond the same day! 2 Very professional/friendly gentleman showed up. Listened to me explain what we were experiencing(actually listened). Checked it out, told me what they found, had required parts on their truck and got us back up and running! Didn’t cost an arm and a leg either!! Very pleased & blessed. Now I know who to call when I have issues with my heat and a/c!! Thanks Wayne Price Heating and Air Condoning!!

What an important part of a Texas community is the people who are there to service our Air Conditioners! We feel incredibly lucky to have found the Price family in this regard. The service has been incredible from the phone call to the completion of the work every time. It just makes you happy to do business with such a good company as this. Prompt, knowledgable, and thoughtful are a couple words that I could use to describe their service. Josh is Wayne's son, and has performed all of our work. He was taught at an early age by his Father. Now that is an American success story. A family lineage is great to behold. And you see that it carries with it respect, dedication, and pride. It is never a good thing to have heating or cooling problems. But with Josh Price and crew on your side, you can rest assured that you will be back up and running good as new in no time.
Honesty and integrity is the most important quality of a business. Some will compromise these qualities for a few bucks. Companies with honesty and integrity will ALWAYS err on what is fair in situations that require it. As a senior woman, I have seen too many repairmen that are dishonest and they seem to see seniors as targets. Being fair, honest, having integriuty, is not what I found using this company. I had a dog, almost 16 years old that had cancer, she was dying. I couldn't afford the blood work and treatment. I knew I would have to face reality very soon and she would forever be gone from my life. I literally could not think straight. She was my baby. I accidentally turned the heat unit to "on" where it was constantly running. It was usually on "auto". I thought the thermostat went bad. I could not think. So, I called Wayne Price heating. Josh Price came. Within 5 min of Josh Price's arrival, he told me what I did. He could have just charged a fair price for his time, but charged $124.00. Not fair under the circumstances that he did nothing. He saw my dog, and listened while I told him I can't think straight because of her. I paid feeling so defeated and stupid. I had to put my baby to sleep a few days later. My son was with me at the vet's offfice that morning and I told him about the $124.00 I literally gave to Price . He thought it was wrong and that they took advantage of me. He went to their office located in C A Wilson's on college. He told the girl there that charging $124.00 was not right. He believed they would do the right thing, he was wrong. He told her of the stress I was under.The girl told him Wayne Price was not there but he would call. WAYNE HAS NOT CALLED MY SON OR ME. I don't like to bother my son with my problems as he is a totally disabled vet, injured in a explosion in Iraq. Perhaps the question this company should ask themselves is not, "could I take advantage of seniors (or anyone) but rather, should I". Can there be consequences w

Excellent job done. Friendly two guys that did the install. Mr. Wayne Price came out to give estimate himself. Verify what had to be done. Had replaced the a/c and inside furnace replaced. Very reasonable in price. Would recommend WAYNE PRICE HEATING AND AIR in waxahachie.
Fantastic service and great price. They were fast and courteous. I have my 80year old mother with me and they worked hard to get my AC back up and running because of concern for her. Would use them again!
