Helped me navigate a difficult situation with another company, and later showed up the same day to work on my air condition for 1/3 of the price of his competitor. Pricing was straight forward. The other company gave me an incredibly high price, and when I turned them down, they called back with a lower price. Shirley beat their lowest offer by 1/3 of the total price. His work was quick and efficient, and I'll be using this company for all of my AC needs in the future.
The owner went above and beyond to find the part we needed. When our A/C unit blew that part immediately he quickly evaluated the reason and got the parts ordered to fix our A/C. He came out as soon as he got the part in (after 6:00 pm) and fixed it himself. Great customer service, reasonable pricing, quality work!!!
Routine maintenance on the a/c system. Gary caught a leak in the refrigerant and was able to get it fixed quickly to prevent issues with the system as the weather starts to get hotter. Quick to get out to the house after the initial call and very professional. He was not bothered by me hanging around and asking questions throughout the process. 100% recommend Shirley Heating and Air.

What a fantastic company! I’m not one to leave a review, but with the service I’ve received today I can’t help but want to brag. I have a two year old unit that was growing mildew on the inside, I reached out to see if I could get my air ducts cleaned to see if maybe that was the issue with my allergies these past few weeks. Mr. Shirley showed up same day found the mildew in my system, informed me my air ducts did not need cleaning and gave me a fantastic fix to my problem! 10/10 would recommend this company!!!

My air conditioner went out overnight, I was too busy today to deal with it but finally decided it was to hot to deal with so I called these guys, shortly after I called I had the owner Chad at my front door, he quickly found the issue with my unit and had it fixed within 30 minutes and installed my new smart thermostat for me. Very reasonably priced especially for how fast he got here and got it done! I’m super thankful that I didn’t have to wait a whole day just to get work done! I will be a repeat customer should anything else break! Thank you again Chad, you were a pleasure to work with! Everything is cooled down now!
Chad and his team were extremely efficient when consulting with our AC issues. They were able to address and install our new system within 48 hours. Very pleased and grateful for their consideration in wearing masks and getting the job done perfectly! 10/10 job!

The owner Chad was at my home the morning after my air went out. He had my 1999 Trane up and running like a champ and also did a full checkup of the system and my second system. I highly recommend !!
