AC broke down overnight and they were so quick to respond and let me know that they would by first thing in the morning and they did just that! I couldn’t be happier with their responsiveness and timeliness, they were true to their word and showed up when they said they would. It was an absolute lifesaver especially in this Texas heat.
Jonathan did a great job servicing the AC unit in our new home. Not only did he tune up and clean the exterior unit, he also insulated an AC pipe in the attic that was dripping condensation onto the bathroom ceiling, and show me how to access and clean the inside AC unit (that was unfortunately full of dog hair and dry wall dust from previous owners / popcorn ceiling removal). Jonathan was very thorough in his inspection and explained all the quirks and details of the unit in really basic terms so I could understand. I absolutely will be calling him up again for any more repairs and tuning!
Pratt Pro did an excellent job with an HVAC emergency. My normal HVAC specialist was out of town, but gave me Pratt Pro's number and insisted that Pratt was the only other HVAC tech in the area who he fully endorsed. My system stopped blowing hot air and Jonathan was here within an hour. He was thorough with his diagnosis and, before fixing the problem, made sure that I understood the cost to fix. While he was here he was very friendly, personable, and was happy to answer a plethora of random HVAC questions while he worked on the fix. He also made sure to clean the unit throughly before leaving.
Jonathan was quick, tidy, and very gracious working in our toddler-toy-filled house (complete with bonus talky toddler!). He explained everything well and cooled off our ancient system as best he could, we’re grateful. -Joey from a crispy Texas summer

Jonathan was a super professional help today and yesterday! He diagnosed the issue very quickly and made affordable recommendations with pros and cons to both that we were able purchase almost immediately and he installer for free the next day! Will definitely be using his services the next time something acts up!

I called Johnathan first thing in the morning close to the holidays. He returned my call and we arranged him to meet my daughter at my house. I had no heat. He showed up axactly on time. He came in replaced the batteries,filter and discovered the heat exchange were not all wired. He wired them properly and recommended I contact an electrician as whom ever installed my unit many years ago did not do so that it is code compliant. I will be taking that advise for sure. Johnathan is extremely knowledgeable, kind, nice person to talk to, punctual. He got the heat on working better then it had previously. I recommend him and would definitely have him back any time I have no heat or ac.

It is extremely hard to find any A/C company that are honest. Pratt Pro's team is honest and wonderful. They are technically proficient, highly knowledgeable, very fast and understands what a home owner needs. Our technician answered all our supply questions, basic A/C functionality, troubleshooting questions. He gave us pointers for a long lasting A/C maintenance in the Texas heat and replaced our outside unit in LESS than 24 hours. I will only use them in the future and will tell everyone I know about them. I grabbed about six business cards. Its tough to find someone like Pratt Pro. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I respect a business that’s straight forward, values your time, is fair with pricing and isn’t trying to sell you anything extra unless it’s truly beneficial to your life. Jonathan from Pratt pro has earned my respect and my business. The owner Jonathan was on time, very professional and also warm and friendly. He quickly identified the problem with my 17 year old air conditioning unit that sadly wasn’t able to be repaired. Jonathan was back to install the new unit in 2 days versus the weeks all the other companies required to even order the unit I needed. He even suggested an air purifier for my unit since I have terrible allergies. I noticed a difference in my air quality right away after installation. I breathe better And there are virtually no lingering odors in my house any more. Even after cooking something like onions that usually lingers for a day or two. I’m so glad I used Pratt Pro for my new unit and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exemplary service.
