Barton Heating and Air Conditioning is an incredible example of true Customer Service. Tom was quick to respond, polite and over-the-top helpful. He is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. He cares about the customer and we cannot thank him enough.

The expert was very informative, explained my options and told me precisely how the installation would be done. The installers were on time and finished the job earlier than I had expected. Kevin came out to my house within the hour of me calling about my heater not working! He was very professional and explained in detail what the problem was with my heater.
