Jade is a premier provider in our community and my experience shows why. They were knowledgeable, punctual, very courteous, and seem to be very knowledgeable. I feel that their charges were more than fair and believe that they will stand behind their work should I need more help. I consider them my go-to resource for my heating and air conditioning needs.
Kerry was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions to make sure I understood the results of his tests. He also went above and beyond to discuss some options for future ducting and return placement to address an issue with insufficient air flow, and he gave me some tips for maintaining my hot water tank. I would gladly use Jade Heating and Air Conditioning for future HVAC maintenance.
2 other local A/C companies could not fix my A/C problem and only wanted to sell me a brand new unit. Hired Jade Heating and Air Conditioning and they were quick to solve the issue. Kerry was very quick to respond and was at our place within an hour to check on the issue.Got it fixed the next day as the motor was not available and had to be bought from the manufacturer. Shared good information and recommendations to keep system running good.

The technicians were friendly, honest, and very professional. Within half an hour we had air conditioning back again. Would highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend Jade Heating and Air Conditioning. Everyone involved in the replacement of mu AC was professional and helpful. My AC stopped working and they came round on time told me how much it would cost me to fix it and install a new one. I decided to install a new one because fixing it was not economically viable. They explained the three options and told me about the pros & cons of each. I went for really efficient quality and I'm pleased with it. It's super efficiently! What more can I ask for!
