Marcus and his team are professional, thorough, polite and knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with the value and service they provided. Great job guys! Update: Six months later system was out of refrigerant due to slow leak. After repeated attempts to have technician come out to service, Elevate was not responsive and stopped taking my calls. Disappointed!
Came by the same day and got my unit working again.
Elevated HVAC installed a unit at my home in June 2021. So far i had to contact them at least 3 times to get the AC to work properly. Now it is not producing warm air. I call the two phone numbers and I all I get is a voicemail recording. Then I get a text that someone will come out at a certain day and time but no one showed up nor called to reschedule. I think I have been more than patient and understanding. I have an elderly parent living with me and the lack of heat is not good for his health. If you want a unit installed correct the first time or a prompt response for service. Do not call this company. This is unacceptable. I will also be contacting the BBB. Follow up - one of the parts that helps with heating wasn’t working properly. I had to call Rosenberg to come do the work. They were very responsive and professional.
Not responsive and will not repair their poor craftsmanship.
Jesse and Marcus are top of the line in customer service and quality of work. Went out of their way to get a part that was missing to fix our unit and get our A/C running like new!!
Excellent service, I had two of my A/C units go out and opted to replace both units . Extremely fast service and response , great price , and overall wonderful service . My AC stopped blowing cold air early morning. I called elevated and they came out quickly and fixed the issues. Took about an hour for them to complete. I was super happy with their prompt service. I will be recommending them to anyone. Thanks again!
We recently moved into a new home that needed some major work on the HVAC system. The gas lines were rusted and the vents had openings that were sending cool air into the attic. The outdoor unit was also very old and making a lot of unusual, loud noises every time it turned on. After deciding to replace the entire HVAC system and getting a few bids, Elevated HVAC came back with a much better price than the HVAC companies we have used in the past. Jesse and his team came by early in the morning to get started, along with a trailer full of the new system/parts and everything they needed to do the job. They came fully prepared and never had to leave/return to get more parts or finish the job. The whole job took about 4-5 hours to replace the entire system. Since the replacement, the heating/cooling has been working much better than it did before. Even with the temperatures changing so rapidly day-to-day this winter, the system has been able to heat and cool the house accordingly and our most recent electric and gas bills look to have gone down because of the higher efficiency of the new equipment. We'll definitely be reaching out to Jesse and Elevated HVAC again in the future for repairs, maintenance, etc. based on our excellent experience with the new system install!

This is a very professional company they are very knowledgeable in every aspect of their business,and the best in price out of three bids that I had gotten from three different companies they by far were the best,along with the quality of work and again with their experience,we are 100% satisfied with everything that they have done A/C is working great we are very happy we went with Elevated HVAC SERVICES highly recommended this company very very pleased......GOOD JOB GUYS
Big shout out to Elevated HVAC Services. They came out an troubleshot my issue and ensured my AC unit was working properly. I contacted Elevated HVAC, after my unit stopped working. Jesse came out and diagnosed the issue the SAME DAY. Within 24-hours things were up and running and I won't have to freeze to death during this crazy weather. Honest. Reasonable. Prompt. I highly recommend and will be using for future routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
Best recommendation I have ever been given! Jesse and his team were on time, quick and gave the best customer service. They replaced both the inside and outside AC units and water heater in my mother’s home all while beating out all other competitors! Jesse was very attentive and made sure everything was correct by coming in himself after his guys left to ensure we were pleased with the work and services provided. I have had some HVAC issues over the past two years I have owned my home. Two different companies told me they solved it and charged me a bunch for what they did. Elevated and Marcus came out on the weekend, solved it the correct way and were very reasonable on the price. Flexible, quality, great price and courteous. What more could you ask for? Thank you.
This is a trustworthy and professional company! My AC went out in 100 degree weather, it was 90 degrees inside the house! I requested service at 11am and had gotten a response with an hour. Eric came same day and accessed the AC, he explained to me what happened and what was wrong with the AC. He fixed it and didn't overcharge me like some other companies would for emergency appointments.
I was having issues with my house not being equally cold in all rooms these guys came out very knowledgeable and fixed the issue fairly priced as well can’t beat it
