Hi. I contacted Reids AC Company and they were able to make a appt within a couple hours. Tech Chris arrived, diagnosed my ac issue and quickly repaired it. Chris heard my concerns and was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. I recommend Reids AC for everyone. Brian C

Reids was responsive, came out next day, and Greg was right on time. He explained the issue, did his due diligence and checked multiple possible causes for the problem, and in the end, fixed the unit by adding refrigerant.
We have two AC units on our house. We used Reid’s AC & Heat to replace one of them two years ago. We just replaced the second one. Greg and his team arrived on time. They were very professional and did a great job. They cleaned up everything before leaving. We continue to use this company for our fall and spring maintenance. We had a new AC unit installed by Reid's AC & Heat last week. Robert and his team were very efficient and professional. They arrived on time, protected the flooring in our house, worked very efficiently and cleaned up everything that was removed from our old unit. The new air conditioner has been working great!

He said I needed to replace my entire heating and air conditioner. I had a friend come over that has worked on units. He said no it did not need replacement. It has been working fine ever-increasing. I just paid a fee of $89. For nothing I feel cheated as I am a widow living on Socisl Security.

I would never recommend this company. Technician Chris found a leak in my evaporator coil and suggested that I place 13 pounds of 410 refrigerant at $70. per pound for a total of $910. I questioned him about the new refrigerant leaking out from the evaporator and he then ask me if I wanted a quote to replace my evaporator. I payed the $89. trip charge and ask him to kindly leave my home.

Great service. Our AC went out on a monday morning and they had a technician come by and check it that same day. I highly recommend Jared! He found the problem and fixed it.

Called Reid's to schedule an appointment to repair our AC, Greg came out within hours, and had the unit up and cooling in under an hour. We'll be recommending them to everyone!
Greg checked ac system. He found that previous seasonal maintenance had not included cleaning exterior coils and fins. He cleaned the unit with water hose, rechecked pressure and temperatures. A/C has been working normally. Greg has been to my house at least twice; he has done a great job for me.
