We have just moved into a new home with our 3 month old daughter. The previous owners had the A/C serviced by a different company 2 days before the inspection, and was noted as being in good working order. We then move in to find out that the home would sit at 10-15 degrees hotter than the thermostat was set due to multiple issues with the unit. Tim came out to the house very fast and would not leave until everything was working the way it was supposed to. He did the work the right way, and we couldn't be happier in our new home. I highly recommend Wrightway Comfort to any one that needs their A/C serviced.
Getting ready for a baby involves LOTS of cleaning, prepping and organizing. One of the areas we almost overlooked was our AC and vents. With the current Covid and allergy climate, plus being in an older home, we had concerns about how to clean our ducts and air so that we could create the safest environment for brining home Baby. We’ve used Wrightway Comfort in the past for various AC work and they have always been very knowledgeable about our options. After discussing our concerns with the owner, Tim, he set us up with a “Rapid Recovery” system that scrubbed our air and ducts! Immediately we noticed a difference in the way our home smelled and our sleep quality. The Reme Halo technology used in the rapid recovery system is also available to be purchased through Wrightway as an installed solution, which we will be purchasing ASAP! Since we are looking to move, my concern was paying for the Halo but not being able to take it with us to the new house. Tim let us know that the system is able to be transferred and only requires a filter update every few years! After weighing the costs, we found it is much cheaper to purchase the Halo vs buying multiple air purifiers and filters over the years. We’ve always been impressed with the service Tim and Wrightway Comfort have provided, but now we will be customers for life!
I reached out to Wrightway Comfort and spoke with Tim who immediately set up a time to stop by my home and assess what was wrong with my system. He was prompt and very professional and spent the time to explain my options and the root cause of my problem. Once we agreed on the solution the work was done quickly, but not rushed and the crew was very clean and professional. My family is very comfortable now and appreciative of Wrightway Comfort. If you need assistance with HVAC don’t hesitate to contact them, you won’t regret it!
We had a few other companies come to give a quote and all were the classic "salesmen" and of course recommended the most expensive. Tim with Wrightway gave us 4 different options to replace our system. He explained all four (pros and cons) and which ones he recommended for the size of our house (not pushy at all). The warranty he offered was by far the best. He and his crew were on time and all very professional. Tim called about a week or so later just to check how we liked the new system and made it a point to come to the house to address a "new noise". Luckily it was just the old vent and I am convinced we never heard it before because the old AC never really worked right from the day we moved in. We are completely satisfied with our entire experience with Wrightway Comfort. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I was looking for service the same day and was fortunate to get a hold of Tim. I called two other providers 1st and didn't feel comfortable with their offering. Tim from Wrightway was able to come over the same day and blow out my main AC drain line. He even installed a valve for easier servicing in the future. He did it all for a service call. I am very happy and would use them again.
We were very pleased with our experience with Wrightway Confort and would highly recommend them. Tim was very knowledgeable and explained in language that could understood what needed to be done to our unit.

Tim went above and beyond to serve our family. He didn't pressure us to use his services, but informed of ways to best take care of our air conditioning system. We ended up installing a Reme Halo, and he continues to be there for us when we have questions. We will definitely continue working Wrightway if we need any other services!
Wrightway installed a complete new air & heat system for us. They were very efficient and worked very timely. They also installed a Remi Halo air purifier which is fabulous! Air is very clean and refreshing now. No more stuffy noses, so glad we got it. Thanks Wrightway.
This is the second house we have used Wrightway Comfort in. They replaced the unit in the first house and when we moved to the new house they installed air purification units. Tim has always been upfront and honest and you can tell he really cares about the customers and the quality. He takes great pride in his work, you can tell he only does things the wright way.
Absolutely 5 Stars...... Don't waste your time with another company... this is where you want to be... Worth EVERY PENNY.... I should have called them years ago......
Tim made room in his busy schedule to come out and repair and issue we were having with our unit. He was very professional and took the time to review the cause of the issue. He both repaired the system and explained what the problem was. He went above and beyond by giving me guidance on how to do some simple maintenance to keep my unit running. My overall experience was great and his company is now my go to for any ac or heating problems. I will be recommending his company to friends and family.
I had three highly-rated a/c companies come out in three days. This was the last one to come out and not only did his suggestions make the most sense, but because he wasn't able to actually resolve my concern(without a complete replacement of my system, which is only a few years old) he offered to not charge me for the visit. I appreciated the offer, but don't want small business' working for free, especially now during the pandemic. I will definitely call Wrightway the next time I need a tune up, diagnostic, etc for my A/C system. Very honest and really seemed like he just wanted to fix the problem.
Tim was our technician. He went out of his way to explain what was wrong with our system after 2 other companies had shown up and just put Freon in it. They didn’t bother to try and diagnose the problem. Just put a band aid on it. He explained everything in detail so there were no surprises. He showed up on time for the appointment. He gave us an estimate up front so we would know what it cost. There were no surprises at the end. His work was clean and didn’t bother us at all. I highly recommend Wrightway for you air conditioning needs. Our a/c is running better than ever!!!!! We are beyond satisfied with his work.
Highly recommend this company for all your hvac needs. Tim at Wrightway was extremely knowledgeable and his transparency to help me understand the mechanics behind ac units was unmatched by others that stopped by to repair/replace my system. Value and quality was a huge bonus and I would not trust any other company to perform this work for me in the future. He even followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied on the system’s performance. Great company!!

My family and I recently had some AC issues that led to us replacing our furnace as well as the outside unit. After trying to keep our old system going for a while, we finally decided on replacing in the Spring before the heat really picked up. And man are we glad that we did. Randy was our sales lead, and he was extremely professional, informative and considerate to our needs as a family. Everything from quality, price and features was discussed to the fullest prior to us making a decision. Not only did Randy provide answers to all of our questions, (and we had many) but he also provided additional knowledge regarding products, the effects of our local climate, and what to expect from the purchase. He really went the extra mile to educate us on HVAC in general. The install was probably the most professional job I’ve ever seen. From the plenums and ductwork, to the wiring, surge protectors, and cleanup; the crew did not disappoint. Everything was completed to the highest standard. The unit didn’t disappoint either. We went with a variable speed furnace and a 4 ton outdoor unit, and have had zero issues whatsoever. My wife wears a sweater at night, and the unit has been even more efficient than expected! When a homeowner makes a large purchase like an HVAC system, you try to research different products and decipher how to get the most “bang for your buck”. That’s the natural though process for most of us; as these are not everyday purchases. What I was pleased most with regarding our purchase with Randy and Wrightway Comfort, was that they really took the time to listen to our needs, budget, timeline and schedules. They explained different manufacturer options, product choices and warranty information. To say that we are completely satisfied with the level of service we received would be an understatement.
