I contacted Apex Heating & Air Conditioning to get some preliminary estimates and info about replacing or repairing the very old wall units in my apartment. Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and a very clear communicator! Unfortunately I found my building management has a different vendor I may need to use but I would definitely consider hiring them.
I've used Apex Heating & Air Conditioning over the years for all of my heating and cooling needs. They helped with the upkeep of an aging unit, installation of a new replacement unit and ongoing maintenance for the new unit. Everyone has been very professional, on time and informative. The customer service is very responsive. I highly recommend them!

They came over within 2 hours, fixed my AC issue & made sure everything was functioning precisely. It was my first encounter with these fellows and will certainly use them again in the future!!

James is an efficient technician and politely explains everything he's doing. He explains to me his findings as he works on our HVAC and the heat pump water heater. His skills are excellent and his communication is outstanding.Will highly recommend.
For the time we have worked with Apex Heating & Air Conditioning we have never had any problem with them, with their service or their personnel. They arrive within the time window when they have scheduled for a maintenance service and they always call to let us know they are on their way. Our AC system operates perfectly and we are very satisfied since the day it was installed it has never failed working. We have recommended Apex Heating & Air Conditioning to friends and family and will continue to do so.
The job was not very easy for the technicians since the previous owners did not have the original unit installed correctly. After all was completed, instructions were given on how to keep the unit in top shape. We were very satisfied and thankful for the knowledge and friendly service of the Apex Heating & Air Conditioning technicians.

Really good experience. Am very appreciative of James from Apex Heating & Air Conditioning who came just after I made a call at their office, assessed my AC unit and troubleshooted the problem. He then worked on it quickly and even did some assessment on the wiring where he realized there was a wire that was not well insulated and did the necessary. I felt everything he did was honest and upfront. Highly recommend his service and Apex Heating & Air Conditioning in general.
