Jeff Harris and his guys are the BEST! I would recommend them for new installations as well as maintaining your existing HVAC system.
16 years ago (2007) this November (2023) we moved into our home, we had a 2 year old and a new born. Our heater went out, and it was cold. My husband called Premium Air at dinner time, he was told “let me finish my burger and I’ll be right over”. Not only did they fix and replace the heater, they have since replaced our AC which also gave out. We do their twice a year maintenance program. We typically have the same tech come every year, always friendly, always professional. Love these guys!
Excellent customer service and quality work Needing to replace my entire air conditioning system, Premium Air came out and explained all my options based on my needs. They explained how they would change the layout of furnace in the attic, to make it easier to maintain in the long run. They came out to install the system and did a great job. Took a lot less time than I thought it would take and everything is running brilliantly. I will definitely be using them for all my AC/Heating needs in the future.
Premium Air has serviced my air conditioner for the last 12 years. They have consistently been attentive to annual checkups, always on time and have had knowledgeable, courteous technicians.

Once again Premium AC and James C. continue to provide high quality service. Life gets busy so and I appreciate Premium AC calling to remind us to schedule the maintenance on our AC before the heat of summer and in the fall, and work with our schedule. (Premium AC DID NOT do the original Installation on our AC and because the other AC company could be unresponsive at times, we switched to Premium AC) So thankful we called Premium AC years ago. James C is extremely professional, knowledgeable and just a great guy. During a scheduled maintenance on our system, he found that the emergency heat was not programmed properly from the original Installation. James went back to the office, verified and was back out to the house to verify all was working correctly. Everyone at Premium AC is always on time, professional, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I have used Jeff since I bought my home in 1990. He is by far the best hvac guy in town. Both James and Keith are top notch and take care of you if you have an emergency. Sign up for his maintenance plan and help your system last longer. I have had a total system replaced including the freon tube line. Now I have cold air in the summer. Yes Jeff gives a fair quote. You won't go wrong with Premium Air.

I was in need of a new AC company that was small and catered to the home owner and small businesses, and Premium Air Services fit the bill. I’ve used Jeff for probably 25 years, including two installs of furnace and AC, running new duct work and semi-annual maintenance. They’ve always taken great care of me and are very professional. Very pleased with their work and highly recommend to anyone.
Premium Air is the absolute best. Very knowledgeable in all HVAC related issues. On time every time. AC went out on July 4th, they brought window AC unit to use until new unit was installed. We also have them out twice a year to replace filters and maintenance if required. Absolutely recommend.
