As is always the case, our A/C went out sometime between 8 and 10 PM on Saturday night during a holiday weekend. It can never be Wednesday at 10 AM. In any event, Jose with Crossway called me at 7:30 Sunday morning (Mother's Day) to let me know he could come take a look. He arrived within 40 minutes and had the A/C working again shortly after. It doesn't get any better than the service Crossway Mechanical provided. Thank you, Jose!
I cannot say enough positive things about this company! Brian Wright is not only a brilliant HVAC professional, but he is kind, caring, and passionate about his work and his customers. He did incredible forensic work / testing and consulting for our new-ish build in Georgia, and he gave us valuable info we needed to make the right decisions for our home and family. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't choose Crossway Mechanical!
They have been great for the twice a year check ups and were quick to come when the capacitor blew. No complaints. Always on time. Always efficient.
The serviceman was very prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. He completed what needed to be done and made recommendations of things that could be done but we're not immediately necessary. There was no high pressure to buy anything we didn't need.
We have been with Crossway since they were known as Dominair (1998). They have always been on the level, professional and kind. The employees who come to do system checks are conscientious to the point of vacuuming my floor if stuff falls out of the attic. Thank you.
Brain has been invaluable in helping us consult on our project in WI. He has been able to coordinated with us and our contractors to help best balance our house. We have had major mold issues and Brian is s wealth of knowledge on what to do with the HVAC to help us manage our house properly.
Crossway Mechanical did a great job fixing my A/C system. Axel was very efficient and knowledgeable the whole time and listened to my description of the issues. He fixed a convoluted drain issue inside as well as some minor electrical issues. I can only recommend them going forward and plan to sign up for their maintenance plan. Crossway Mechanical just completed a large three-day job installing a new AC system, reconfiguring ductwork and adding an integrated dehumidifier. Brian and his team are very different from every other AC company we have used over the past 30 years. He and his team solved our humidity and colling problem by taking system measurements, evaluating our whole home needs and designing a properly configured system. Brian invests in his staff and their equipment. The installation crew takes great pride in their work and takes the extra time to do the install the best way possible without cutting corners. After the equipment was installed, they took many air flow measurements to make sure the system was working within design parameters. This is the company to hire to fix the problems the others have created and get your house air quality to the level it should be. Our home's air quality has been improved greatly. I had my entire AC / Furnace replaced around a year ago. The ducts were left alone. My home original ductwork (20 year old) was not the best fit for today's AC / Furnace systems. The new system was fully functional, but the system was working too hard and inefficiently: Too high pressure difference across suction and discharge, and some rooms hotter than others. The current plenum and ducts were starving the new system off air. I resorted to Crossway to have this redesigned. A comfort advisor inspected my ducts and we agreed on the improvements. Mr. Joey came over with a crew right on the agreed day, and right on time. They took care of upstairs and downstairs ducts: Plenum, ducts, saddles, straps, grilles, additional suction / return points, and clean up after finished. It was an all day work, and yet they were done before i expected. Another job very well done. I am a customer of Crossway because: I call, they answer: No leaving messages, no robots. Punctual: Agreed day and time is always 100% spot on. Communication: During the planning phase, we talk before hand so we agreed how to proceed, and everybody is aware of what's going to happen. This included the commercial part as well. Professionals: Crew is clean, polite, and work safely. Crew leader drives the project and crew flawlessly. This is a sign of good leadership, and it shows. Had a weekend emergency. Record high temperatures. AC went down. Unbearable heat. Searched for local professionals in my area. Crossway came up with great ratings. Read them. Had to try. I called and they came. Techincian arrived. Hai came, Hai saw, Hai kicked it. Period. If you have AC problems, call anybody you want. If you want your AC problems to go away, call Crossway.
One of the most professional companies I Have ever dealt with. They were on point, very knowledgeable about the air conditioning and the problem. I had another appointment that I could not miss and they went to buy the parts came back and fixed my air conditioner without my being there. When I came home the air was on full and functional and cool. I recommend them highly and I promise I would’ve left my key if I had another to let him in but he said he did not need access to the inside as he left the unit running turned off the breaker so that we wouldn’t damage the condenser and when he returned continue to fix. An amazing company that I will definitely work with in the future. Thank you so very much. Juan was a phenomenal worker.

Outstanding company, their dedication to their work and efforts to explain and hear your concerns is without equal in my experience working with other HVAC companies. I was impressed with their willingness to discuss design and explain the design they determined while also listening to your input. I used Crossway to inspect and document my homes system for builder warranty and to install a dehumidifier and couldn't be happier with their work. I recommend this business to anyone looking for an HVAC company that really cares about their workmanship and image. With regard to cost, in my quoting they were competitive with others but provided far more value making it an easy choice.

Their employee Daniel Beltran was very knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. He took his time to do the maintenance service excellently. He then answered my questions and clarified in layman’s terms what I needed to know. I am very happy I found this company and used their services.
