Adam and his crew are absolutely amazing! We have the sexiest attic now and the most comfortable house!! Thank you so much 😊 The previous system was running over 20 hours a day at 100%. This new high efficiency Trane system has run for about the same time, but it varies it’s speed from 20% to %80 during this 100+ weather. I’m certain our electric bill will be lower. Adam also changed some ductwork to eliminate hotspots in the house that the builder didn’t address. So much more comfortable.
Our AC stopped working and Adam was out first thing early the next morning to repair it for us. He was great to explain the process and gave great tips for maintenance on our end. Would highly recommend! We will definitely be using him in the future.

AC went down a couple nights ago. Adam came out - short on the circuit board. He was able to get me AC right away, and replaced the board when it came in. Prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, educated me on how everything works and what my options are with my 14 year old system. Definitely recommend!
Adam and the company are fantastic and truly can not be beat. In addition to quality service, this is the most trustworthy company you will find. AC is something most of us home owners don't know anything about and Adam will explain it all, give you legitimate, accurate options and a great opinion of what should be done. Adam is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any questions you have. I had problems with both my upstairs and downstairs unit. He explained both problems, upstairs one of the dampers had to be replaced and downstairs the TCV valve had to be replaced. In both cases, he took the most logical and cost effective approaches to fix my units.
Adam was amazing came out on the 4th of July, His explanations were easy to understand and very detailed. He stayed on the job site with his crew while my entire ac and duct work were completely replaced. They put down drop cloths while in my house and left it spotless. So Professional. Look no more you will not be disappointed. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. He is so easy going its like talking to a friend. Great Person!

Had a humidity control issue in our home, since the installers did not setup the HVAC system correctly. CoolTech came in and solved the issue in a couple of hours. Our home is now holding at 55% humidity. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, using the latest technology. Highly recommend this company.
