Great HVAC company! Tom is fast, efficient, friendly, and affordable prices!
I have been a customer for a very long time, Tom is the best he is always responsive and gets my ac fixed in a timely manner and without costing a fortune. He comes every 6 months and does the checks for summer and winter. This time something was wrong and no AC called and he came out Monday got here early and fixed the issue quickly. Best AC company ever. Won't use anyone else.

Our AC wasn’t cooling properly and the coils were leaking. I called and spoke with Tom who was prompt in scheduling an appointment. He came out on time and diagnosed the problem. Tom was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He answered all of my questions, which I had numerous. Our furnace was fine, but the AC (condenser, coils, pan, thermostat, etc) needed to be replaced. Tom and his crew came out early and worked continuously until complete. They were very focused, professional, and was careful to keep the area clean. We highly recommend Complete Air Services and will definitely call Tom for any future maintenance needs. We are finally able to enjoy a cool house thanks to Tom and his crew. Thanks again for answering all of my questions! It was truly a pleasure doing business with you.

If you are looking for a honest HVAC company look no further. I called Complete Air Services for help to get my furnace working again before the record breaking cold front hit us here in Houston. Tom quickly diagnosed the problem which was a bad capacitor. The cost to replace and install was very reasonable. There are so many companies out there that take advantage of homeowners by selling and replacing expensive parts that are not bad or defective only to drive up the cost to the homeowner. I assure you that Complete Air Services owned by Tom Cunningham is not one of those companies. Hire Tom and you will get good honest work on your HVAC system. I was referred to this company by people I trust. They were not wrong! Tom and Complete Air Services will take good care of you.
Tom was great. Prices were excellent.
Of course our heater went out on the coldest day of the year, but, Tom and his crew of 5 came out the same we called and in two days he was out to replace our A/C unit, heater and ducts. Tom was honest on what size unit we needed for our home and stayed on the job site through whole insulation. His crew was clean, professional and detail orientated. The cost of the whole instillation (which was less than what we expected to pay) will pay for it self in less than 3 years. Cant beat that. :) Thank you Tom so much! My AC was leaking terribly and after reading the reviews of this company I called and had someone to my house within just a few hours. He fixed my problem (drainage clogged) and suggested to have a plumber come fix the drainage in my bathroom. The pricing was very reasonable as well!
Great experience and professional service. I'm an electrician that works with Tom and he is above and beyond any other A.C. companies I've worked with. Trust me, it's worth the call.
My AC went out overnight, in June of all months! I called the following morning and he answered even before the office opened, on the 2nd ring! Super professional, friendly and was at my house that same afternoon. 5 Star service for sure!

Tom Cunningham has been our go-to person for 14 years...he is a local resident and is honest, knowledgeable and thorough. He visits us twice a year for servicing our units. We have also had coils replaced and other repair work done. We have also referred him to friends and acquaintances and they too have been pleased. Hope to continue our professional relationship for many more years.
Family owned and HONEST. He does not try to upsale you on what you don't need. He takes care of several of my neighbors in my neighborhood and my personal friends that I have recommended him to. Everyone has thanked me for referring them to a Co.pany that can fix your A/C issues at a fare price with quality workmanship.
Have used Tom and Complete Air Services for my A.C. repairs for 5 years now. Personable, professional and honest. Will continue to use as opposed to the other A.C companies who now show up with 2 men, a tech and a salesman.
Recently had Tom give me an estimate and had him replace my evap coil. I had issues with the company American Home Shield sent and they wanted to charge me for work I didn’t need. Tom came out and gave me a great price and didn’t sell me on unnecessary work. I will definitely continue to use for my a/c needs.
