They never fixed my AC yet they billed my home warranty company for freon that was never added into my AC unit. Now I owe money to my home warranty company for work they never did. Basically thieves.

This company is extremely rude and unprofessional - assigned to us by our home warranty, but we will not allow them to enter our home after the way they treated me on the phone- YELLING at me because I asked what time they would be out, and they told me I WILL NOT BE OUT TODAY. Literally the rudest person I have ever talked to on the phone.

When you expect a bit more professionalism and courtesy in this times. The person who came by was smelling like smoke and not wearing a mask. Came in but didn't measure the Ac pressure and or check all the vents I was letting him know, that weren't blowing any air and in just 5 or 6 minutes after going into attic suggested there is Nothing wrong with ac, but poor Duct manufacturing. Now my Ac still Not working and of course my First American Home warranty Won't cover the issue because according to Ceasar's Ac is Not a problem. I have to live with my Ac Not cooling in master bedroom, restroom and closet.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! If your home warranty assigns them to you, immediately tell them you want another company. Caesar’s Air Conditioning and Heating is completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and unreliable. They are a SCAM. If I could give negative stars for this company I would. My home warranty, First American, assigned Caesar’s to come and fix my AC unit. I called Caesar’s on a Thursday and Don said he could come by on Saturday. Technician Don showed up and stayed no more than 5 minutes on our property. Don asked my husband how long we had lived in the house (3 weeks at the time), asked what my husband thought was the issue with the AC, and then left without giving us any information. I called him right after he left and he said to call the warranty company. I then called First American who told me that Don’s report stated that the AC coils had been leaking for 4 weeks (1 week longer than we had lived in the house) and that they would not cover the repair. I then sent them our home inspection report that had just been completed prior to move-in which stated that the AC was working perfectly. First American then said they would cover the repair, but needed a full report from the contractor so they could order the necessary parts to fix the AC. I called Don back and told him what they needed, and he said he already sent them the report (this was Saturday). Monday comes and I call the warranty company, who tells me Don has still not sent them the needed report. First American then said they called Don while we were on the phone and he said he would submit the report that day. I call later Monday afternoon and First American tells me that Don still has not sent the report in; again they say they call him and he says he will submit it later that night. Tuesday morning comes and I call First American and again they state Don has not submitted the necessary report. I call Don Tuesday morning and he tells me he had just submitted the repo
