I contacted them on Friday evening. J collected my information and arrived Saturday morning to replace my two thermostats. J did observe COVID-19 protocol by keeping his mask on while completing the work. He checked both units to ensure the thermostats were working and walked me through the process of setting up the new thermostats. I will contact them again for future HVAC issues.

I would 10/10 recommend blue label to a friend! Jay and crew are very professional and knowledgeable in the heating and cooling space. They are on time and take extra precautions during COVID to make the visit as safe as possible
Blue label is a company you want to hire. I contacted the company in less than 1 hour i have an expect sent to my house. Cord Is the expect sent to my house, he was really nice, social and most importantly for was his patience. He takes his time to explain different options I have and also show me exactly the problem my unit had even promote is company and other of his colleagues job that the type of employe all companies want to have. An employee that make a client feel welcome and spending there money in the right place. I wish there’s more than five star to rate the company and Cord. Thank you for getting our AC back on running.
