Tyler and his team were beyond helpful in getting our preschool center back up and running when our units went down. We could not have asked for better service.
This review is a bit different from the customer base due to me have being a previous employee. This place has been such a life changing experience. Tyler has taught me more about life than just AC/ Heat. They were my second family and never would I have left if a once in a lifetime offer wasn’t presented to me. He has taught me the value of time, skill, effort, and all around integrity in work quality as well as ethic. He taught me so much with this trade and made me so effective with it. The knowledge he has is far fewer among men than there should be in this profession. I say this with a heavy heart that I will truly miss this place and the people in it. If anyone that is new and trying learn this trade the correct way I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. And for the gentlemen that want to experience something new and set there ego aside this is the place for you. There is only one way, and that is the Monkey way.

Derek was very professional and timely. He did an excellent job. The repair was very quick and the day prior to him coming out he stopped by for a system analysis and provided estimates for any replacement I might want to move forward with. 2nd Review: As of today (12/16/2022), I had my equipment replaced and must say I have continued to have an awesome experience and Derek never fails to impress me with his quality and knowledge. If anyone is looking for a good quality install then look no further.
It was a pleasure to have Air Monkey replace our whole home A/C system. Their staff is very professional & provided top notch customer service. Hunter went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, to help us make an educated decision on what system would be best for our needs. All the while, I never felt pressured into a sale. Also Air Monkey doesn't send some unknown contractor to your home. Hunter actually inspected our old system, provided an estimated, & installed the new system. I would highly recommend Air Monkey. A++
We have used Air Monkey for our AC maintenance for several years. They made small repairs when needed to keep the whole thing running smoothly. Our AC recently reached the end of it's life cycle and was beyond repair. We were provided with some great options and advice on what unit would work best with our solar panels and our household needs. Instillation was done within one day. Couldn't be happier with the whole process. The guys that worked at our house were very respectful of our space and made sure they left everything clean when done. Even asked for the vacuum to clean the carpet in the hallway where they walked. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and professional air-conditioning company.
Derek was on time, thoughtful, and very much a gentleman. Explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. Love him!

Tyler and the staff at Air Monkey are awesome! They return phone calls, show up when they say they will arrive, and stand behind their work. Due to the crazy parts shortage, a part for our ac was available nearly two hours away. Our repair guy actually drove to get the part so that we could have cool ac. These guys are honest and trustworthy, and I can’t recommend them enough.
The Air Monkey AC team (Tyler, Derek M and Hunter) is very knowledgeable and professional. Tyler describes their service as “white glove.”They confirmed appointments, showed up on time and cleaned up as they went. Very polite and respectful of the property, as well. We had all the ducts replaced and upgraded, and Air Monkey AC managed to complete the work in one day. I highly recommend them.
Kole came out and diagnosed my problem and within an hour gave me a proposal with the price of the parts to repair my system. He then was able to come back to my house at 6:30pm to install the parts (same day) and get my HVAC working correctly. He did an excellent job and answered all of my questions while being professional and courteous.

Based on my relationship with my two previous AC/Heating service companies, I was convinced the only relationship that would ever exist is one of uneasiness and buyer's remorse. I felt like I was upsold every single visit, nothing was ever "all is perfect, see you in 6 months", even after a brand new $17000 system installed less than 3 months, still recommendations to spend thousands more. Then came Air Monkey. Air Monkey has restored my faith that LOCAL, HONEST and QUALTIY service companies still exist. Leo has been great to work with, Hunter even better than great. Hunter takes the time to explain everything with no issues understanding and I have never questioned his integrity. The fact that I have the same tech run the service each time is better than great. I strongly and whole-heartedly recommend Air Monkey for any and all of your AC/Heating needs, you will experience service the way it used to be - Customer first with character and integrity!
Leave AC work to the pros! I had ADT come install my security system which included a new nest thermostat. They wired everything incorrectly and my house was climbing to 88 degrees by the end of the day. I called Air Monkey and they sent a tech over within 30 minutes, which was more than necessary so we could sleep tonight. He diagnosed and fixed all the issues within an hour. I would definitely use them again 10/10.
Air Monkey installed a new heat pump a few years ago and worked on an exiting unit at my house. They are professional, courteous, and do excellent work. I called them recently because of an issue I was having with my old unit. They helped me figure out the problem over the phone! I feel they have my interests in mind, not just theirs. I will use them anytime I need AC work.
We were first introduced to Tyler and Air Monkey about seven years ago. We signed up for twice a year ongoing maintenance of our heating and AC units and loved the email reminder that it was time for service to keep our units in proper operating condition. Tyler and his crew are excellent diagnosticians, the maintenance/repair technicians are friendly and well qualified. We were confident in their advice concerning our new installation as well as all of their services and found them to be reliable, honest and trustworthy. Having them in our home has been a totally comfortable experience and we enjoy the relationships formed through the years. We highly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs. You will be glad you called Air Monkey because they are simply THE BEST!!
Air Monkey was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Hunter did a great job keeping my ac going while we were waiting for a new coil ... The coil is now replaced and running great. Thanks Hunter and Air Monkey!
They responded to my request for help in a timely fashion, came out, analyzed the problem and gave me several online quotes. I approved one, they scheduled it in one day. Cole was my tech and he arrived on time on both visits and even called to say how many minutes out he was. This company will be my new hating and ac firm.
After using the same A/C company for 35 years, we weren’t sure where to go. We decide to try Air Monkey and all I can say is how glad and relieved we are to have this as a new relationship. Leo is the kindest and the first point of contact - and what breath of fresh air! Derrick was my technician and he is also kind, respectful, professional, and such a good young man. I had a new condenser installed at my house by Air Monkey last month after deciding to finally replace our old, inefficient one. My husband and I are new homeowners so we’re still learning about the ins and outs of home maintenance/ repairs, etc. I actually learned so much about A/C because they were so transparent about what needed to be done in our house to have efficient air flow. They explained that our old unit wasn’t strong enough to give out the output necessary to cool our rooms with higher ceilings. The install guy Kole was so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Sometimes I get uncomfortable having servicemen come do work on the house when my husband is at work, but I never once felt uncomfortable having Kole or any of the other crew guys in my home! All in all, it was a great experience and I will be recommending Air Monkey to any of my friends and family who need work done! It’s such a relief having our home properly cooled this brutal summer.
