Appointment was scheduled between 8am and noon. Technician didn’t show up til after 1pm. Needed capacitor replaced and paid $400 for it. Part only costs $50-$60. My advice, order the capacitor needed for your AC and keep one on hand, when yours goes out, YouTube the replacement process and save you some $$. Overall, the technician was prompt and professional, not knocking the company itself, other than being late for the scheduled appointment.

In fact early which was a plus. I feel Eduardo was very honest and forthright with assessment and he shared all information and findings with me. We still have to wait for the installation technicians and see how that goes. At present I am impressed.

Arturo was a great tech, showed my husband everything that was wrong, gave us financial updates along the way to completely diagnose what was wrong. Took pics and videos so i could see, as im in a wheelchair qnd cant get to the ac units. Unfortunately our unit was struck by lightening and needs replaced as too many parts are broken. They have in house financing with synchrony bank. The application proccess was quick. My only complaint is our appointment was set for between noon and 3pm and we didnt get seen until 10pm. I am glad that customer service took my calls every hour for an update.

Was told I needed a new unit due to blower not working. And needed a new unit and cost over 9 thousand dollars. I got a nother company to come out and found the unit was frozen due to low coolant .

Worst experience ever. Had a time set up and paid them $50 upfront. Tech did not show up, no explanation. Now in the process of trying to get a refund and receipt, but being given the run around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ITS USELESS.

Isiah came by today to pick up the portable AC units and had no clue of all of the issues we are having. I assumed he was coming to clean out our air ducts that were full with insulation from the job that was done on Friday. He found a duct that was not installed properly on Friday and put it in. He vacuumed out the air ducts. He noticed that our AC is still not working properly and said he would let his manager know that.

Tech Came out yesterday did a great job the tech communicated and walked us through what was going on and gave his recommendations to fix properly which I agreed to. Today we had another tech come out to adjust my dampers to adjust air flow and if I must say it was a complete waste of my time wife’s time to take off work. He arrived on site and stated you don’t have dampers and left said we will be in touch we need to install dampers. I looked in the attic yesterday and I had multiple questions to possibly be able to assist with improving air flow. I’m no a/c tech but the guys was gone before my wife could get me on the phone to discuss. Second tech very unprofessional.

Turbo did an excellent job providing services to our recently purchased home. The following work was completed: 1) complete replacement of A/C, 2) replacement of attic door, 3) installation of attic insulation, and 4) complete replacement of circuit breaker panel. The following characteristics were observed in all Turbo employees during installations: respectful, timely, hardworking, persistent, comprehensive, detail-oriented, accommodating, interest in obtaining customer feedback, and swift. Initially working with Jesus was a breeze, as he was descriptive in what was needed and thorough in providing us with options regarding services. Upon making the decision to replace the entire AC, the first Turbo team began and completed the installation the very next day. The second Turbo Team came two days later to install insulation in the attic, which was completed quickly and without complications. Due to unforseen circumstances (likely related to things that were done prior to becoming owners of the home), it was then determined that it was in our best interest to replace the circuit breaker panel. The third Turbo team of electricians were tasked with replacing the breaker. They completed the task with such ease and poise, and provided a thorough overview of the job. The fourth Turbo team completed the final project, which involved installing the attic door; this job was completed quickly and without complications. Overall, the Turbo teams achieved what they planned in an organized, structured, and fastidious manner. I highly recommend Turbo
