We’ve been on their maintenance checkups with Garrett and we finally decided to replace our system and do so other needed work. Garrett is so friendly and thorough. We definitely appreciate him.
Called to see if A/C could be repaired or get an estimate for replacement. Asked if it was free to come out, was told yes then got charged a diagnosis fee of $100.00 and instead of the service man telling me this at my home which I could have paid him he sends me an invoice with a processing fee added. His lack of being clear and having hidden fees caused me to go somewhere else to get my whole system replaced.
Very professional, honest, and hardworking company. Friendly, too. I recommend for all AC or heating needs.

This is a late post, but at the beginning of January when our heating system went out, Garrett at Comfort King came to our rescue. I noticed the high quality customer service from the get-go when as soon as I called, I got to speak to a very kind voice on the other line. She took my info and scheduled a service call for later that evening. Just a couple hours later, Garrett called me and told me he could move up the appointment to an earlier time, should I choose so. I appreciated that attention to the urgency. Once he arrived, he thoroughly inspected the system and said the issue was very minor and he had the part with him. It was a 10 minute fix. He also gave us the price, which I could not believe. If he were dishonest he could’ve easily taken advantage of us in our vulnerable state (as next day temps were in the high 20’s). Only after the service call did we find out that he is the owner, which just added to my appreciation of their top-notch service. We cannot say enough how much we appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and truly outstanding customer care. I call it care because he conscientiously went above and beyond our expectations to make our home comfortable and safe from the elements. He is definitely in our home maintenance “rolodex” now :)

Garrett warned me my unit had about a year left. A year later, he was right my old unit finally died. He quickly quoted and they installed the next morning. Highly recommend for your HVAC needs.

Amazing!!! Our AC went out in 100+ degree heat and they were at the house almost immediately. Scheduling was effortless and the fix took a matter of minutes. Hours later I was STILL waiting for my regular service company to even return my phone call. You have won my business for as long as I have a home in your service area! Thank you!
Terrific service and very professional. We are selling our house and the inspector indicated that our air units needed servicing so we called and King AC came out the same day. We were a little concerned as the inspector made it sound like there were serious issues with the units. Service tech arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and courteous. He needed to check all three units for “sweating and fungi growth” and an exhaust pipe that may have been improperly installed. He checked all units carefully and found that there were no issues and units were performing properly and within code. He explained that the “sweating” And fungi growth is normal for the Houston climate and completely harmless. He also reported that the exhaust pipe was done per code. Couldn’t have been happier with the service provided. Highly recommend.
Great company from the free quote to the whole install. I had 3 other companies come out to give quotes and all 3 wanted to sell me more than I needed. Comfort King came out told me what they would do if it was their own home ( which is exactly what I wanted to do ) and gave me options. Noe and his crew did a outstanding job installing everything even with a couple of hiccups he keep me well informed the whole time. Would highly recommend them as the fairest company I talked to the last few days.
Best AC company I have ever worked with, period. Honest, good people running a business in a friendly and highly professional manner. I never feel taken advantage of when working with them and their work quality is amazing.
Had an EXCELLENT experience with Comfort King! An actual person answered when I made an after hours called and they were able to get to my service scheduled the next day. Garrett was fantastic at explaining everything. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will definitely call on them again.
AC wouldn't come on and I had exhausted my meager HVAC knowledge, so I called Comfort King and they had a technician there within 4 hours. Garrett arrived on schedule and was courteous/professional. He had no problem with quickly assessing and troubleshooting my AC and thermostat issue. He took the time to show me what was wrong with my HVAC system and how he was going to fix it. There was no BS pressure to try and upsell me on services and never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. I am very impressed with the level of service from Garrett and Comfort King, I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
Garrett was awesome!! He was able to work us in his schedule last minute and my husband said he did a great job. So thankful to be nice and warm tonight after a different company decided not to show up. Thank you
I came home from a 5 day beach vacation to a 92 degree house without working A/C at 5:30 in the afternoon. Garrett was at my house by 6:15 and busted his butt trying to solve what apparently was a tricky problem, and had the house back up and running by 8:15. As someone who failed out of architecture school, he explained things in a way that even I could understand and spelled out the part I would need moving forward, where to get it, and what to do with it once I get it -- then checked some other stuff just to make sure the system wasn't in general need of service beyond the emergency repair. He even pet my dog. All that for a Franklin and some change? Done and done folks. If I'm their average customer, you won't regret making the call.
