The owner called me back within 3 min, helped us troubleshoot the problem over the phone, sent photos of the compressor reset with instructions on how to fix the problem and talked me thru it over the phone! Its was up and running in short order and then refused to bill me! What a super great guy! Thank you! Forever your customer! 5+Stars!
We've used CCAC for nearly 30 years, have purchased two AC/heating systems from them, and couldn't be happier with their service. Dave, the owner, even remembered us from way back (in our old house) which I think is pretty remarkable. And they're not just about the hard sell. They kept our old OLD unit on life support for a long as possible, and were always quick to respond to emergency calls. Fast, friendly, expert, conscientious. We've never even considered trying a different service. Five stars!
We moved into our new house about a year ago and had Cypress Creek Air come out for service. They are very professional and on time. Daniel was our technician and her was super to work with. He explained everything and did a thorough job. Their service plan is tops as well. So glad to have them service us.

We recently had our main A/C unit fail and David Williams and the Cypress Creek A/C team did an EXCEPTIONAL job at the most competitive price replacing our entire system. David identified several issues with our old system design that he included corrections for in his proposal & we are overjoyed with the results. They also added a 2-zone control to our system allowing our master bedroom to be set to a lower temperature at night than the rest of the 1st floor and the entire system is working beautifully.. Their technical expertise, "keep it simple" philosophy to things and exemplary service delivery make them stand out from the rest of the pack.. Easy to see why they're so well rated... I couldn't recommend them more highly..
Daniel Stewart performed replacement of evaporator coils on my Trane unit . We had a very positive experience. He was extremely polite, punctual and professional. I recommend the services of Cypress Creek A/C should you have a need.

Outstanding service and quality. Have used them for more than 30 years. Technician Daniel Stewart does a great job. Came out on a Saturday morning when my upstairs a/c was out and was there within 20 minutes of my call.

Once again, cannot speak highly enough about this company. In the Houston area, A/C is obviously vital. My upper unit went out suddenly over the weekend, I called and spoke with them over the weekend, and they were out first thing Monday morning to diagnose the issue. Daniel (my service Technician) was on the spot to address it and gave me my options on repair vs. replace and it was not a high-pressure thing. I made the choice to have a new unit put in and it was installed and operational in hours. Fast, friendly and professional---first class operation that really cares about the customer-- at a reasonable cost.

These folks are fantastic. I submitted an online inquiry expecting to hear back in a day or two. Got a text response an hour and half later. Explained my situation and asked how soon they could get someone out to help out. They offered some free advice over the phone that got me temporarily taken care of and had a tech on my doorstep at 9 the next morning. They gave me lots of options for repair and replacement walking me through pros and cons of each. I never felt pressured one way or another and genuinely felt consulted rather than condescended to. Reasonable prices, quality work, and fast response times - the HVAC trifecta. These guys have earned my business for life.
Cypress Creek Air Conditioning and Heating has serviced our HVAC unit for several years. They keep our unit in tip top condition and have also performed warranty work for us. The technicians are always prompt and courteous and keep us informed of any issues that may come up. I find them to be fair and honest. They have never been pushy and have never tried to sell us services that are unnecessary. It has been money well spent.

cypress creek a/c to the rescue again!The recent storm affected the thermostat and Daniel replaced that and did some upgrades. All under warranty!! They are absolutely the best-fast reliable and honest. Daniels personality makes it even better!!!
