I had called Rodgers supply for a price quote on a PTAC unit Size and availability I had talked withJason, Jason apparently had a bad attitude and he absolutely knows nothing about the industry he works in. He should stay on the fork lift where he belongs and not answer phones representing this place. He has a bad attitude and i told him so, he, Jason told me to hold on, when he (Jason) came back to the phone, Dave the store manager basically told me to go F myself and that he's not interested in helping me. I basically stopped purchasing from them a few years back for the same reason. Thats why when you go to that supply store, they have no business. If you read the reviews you can tell those are fake and paid for reviews or are made up. I will never purchase nothing from them or Rodgers supply again. Amana corporation should perform better vetting procedures to whom they are allowing to sell their product. Ed, Around The Town and Cooling.
