This was a wonderful experience with Mack Heating & Cooling , and Mark in particular, under challenging conditions. He performed high quality service that went above and beyond fixing my air conditioning problem, he practiced healthy social distancing the entire time, he shared my options, and he helped me as I grappled with the best decision for me.
Hands down, the best experience ever with Mack Heating & Cooling! Mike was knowledgeable, professional & patiently answered all of my questions. He came and diagnosed the problem, returned the following day to replace a coil and valve, and now my A/C is working better than ever! Great team of leaders and all around good people.
Fantastic company, great technicians. Honest and affordable pricing and professional installation of complete AC and Furnace system replacing one that was 18 years old. Will absolutely use Mack Heating & Cooling again to replace our heat pump system sometime down the road. Much better service than any of the "big" companies where you're just another customer on the list. Can't say enough good things about our experience with Mack Heating & Cooling.

Called these guys to repair a problem with heat at our house. They came the same day to do the inspection and after about 20 minutes said they found the issue. Told me they will provide an estimate within a day or two on the work that needs to take place. That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back since. Repeated calls to the company went nowhere as the person answering the phone told me the supervisor will get back to me shortly but no one ever did. Basically, I paid $79 service fee for 2 guys to spend 20 minutes at my house and tell me that I have a problem with heating. I knew that!!! That's why I called them! Do not waste your money!! Call someone who has some professional pride and honors their word.
Mack Heating & Cooling technician come today to provide servicing and could remember my house and its issues. They explained and showed me details about why he was making the recommendations they made and was a pleasant and knowledgeable guest. Highly recommended.
Ron was extremely knowledgeable, pointed out all of the issues with my system, the options for repair/replacement and at no time steered us towards anything we weren’t comfortable with. He simply told us the pros and cons of the options and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and made us very comfortable with our decision.
Mark was the technician who serviced our units. He was fast, professional and a pleasure to work with. Seemed to be very thorough and knowledgeable in his work. Highly recommended.
Mark showed up on time. He and his partner were professional and friendly. They were careful about coming into the house because of the rain. They completed their services quickly, informed me of any problems and quickly corrected the problems that were found. Mack Heating & Cooling is the best maintenance company that I have found.
Joe was beyond wonderful and helped us to solve our heating issue that we've been having for quite some time. He was very patient in finding the issue and explained everything and fixed the problem. I highly recommend him and Mack Heating & Cooling company.
Mark and his crew did a fantastic work. I was in jam when my furnace died on me. I appreciated Mark’s explanation of the problem and our options. He fixed the problem proficiently and he was equally great and courteous. I’m impressed with how the furnace is performing.
