Super friendly from phone to service!! Honest company, don’t try to upsell just because they can, they really try to figure out your cooling issues and educate you about your system, vents, care, everything! Couldn’t say enough nice things about this company and I will ALWAYS use cold front!

This is how a business should be. I was recommended to them by a neighbor. They did an outstanding job handling the process of replacing our HVAC system. They were friendly, appropriately priced, responsive, and very professional. A few months had gone by and I started noticing an intermittent gas smell that I narrowed down to be coming from the attic and figured I would give them a call. Even though it had been a few months since the install they set up a service ticket immediately and came out to check on the system. The technician was able to identify the source of the issue, showed it to me, and fixed the issue. This confirmed further to me that they stand behind their business and customer service. Cold Front A/C is the best! Tim and Amie are very honest and fair in their pricing and work ethic. Communication is great, they call when on the way and always arrive on time. It's rare to find a business that still operates with integrity but Cold Front is one. Great service, I've used them several times!
When I called, I spoke to a real human! Sounds like it's family owned. She was friendly, sent someone the same day, and fixed the issue quickly! Price for repair was more than reasonable. Will use again in the future!

This is a family owned business run by Tim Alt. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and honest. I am an electrical engineer so I can tell when companies want to upsell. Tim was very clear about a minor issue with an outside condenser fan unit and fixed it within 1 hr of me calling him. I will do HVAC repeat business with him.

Exceptional service and came out WITHIN 2 HOURS OF CALLING!! I couldn't recommend this company more!! Our ac was fixed and working within an hour of their arrival! And so transparent about the issues and just a simple part replacement. Under $100 and we called it a day. Thank you all SO MUCH!!

I have used Cold Front two or three times, and every time they come, I am more satisfied than the time before! They outdo themselves in their excellent customer service, timeliness, and workmanship. Recently, the drain for our AC unit was clogged, and the secondary line led to nowhere. We had water dripping through two floors of our house and could not fix it ourselves no matter how many different ways we tried! When Cold Front came, they quickly unclogged the primary line and went above in beyond in finding a way to drain the secondary line in case the need ever arise again! They were incredibly kind, respectful, and they moved rapidly and with intentionality. I will never look anywhere else for my AC services in the future- I am perfectly satisfied with Cold Front and would recommend them to all of my friends and family for their great work and awesome customer service.
This review is overdue. But the reason I have not forgotten about it is because Mr. Tim Alt was so kind to us. He also came the same night that we called about our AC. We have a brand new AC unit yet our house was hot so I asked my husband to call for an AC person to check it. Mr. Tim Alt arrived that night and told us that we had 3 times the Freon in the unit and that is why it could not work properly. He did not even charge us for the service or his time. I just want to say thank you and may God bless you for helping us!
Our AC was blowing warm air on a day where it is 94 degrees outside. I called cold front ac and they were out ASAP on a Sunday! We got lucky and it was the business owner himself who came to service our AC. He was so nice and so professional. He had it fixed in no time! I 100% recommend them and we will DEFINITELY use them again! Oh! Also the lady who set up our appt was soooo helpful as well! 10/10 for them! Honest and reliable.
These guys saved us when we needed a/c help asap and also when we just needed a quick check-up and a/c clean. The technicians are polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. There prices are reasonable and they don't suggest extras that aren't needed. I'm so glad we found you!
5 Star Service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cold Front AC of the Woodlands is an outstanding company! I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to on this one. Tim and Jackson were Amazing! They showed up prompt and ready to work! They were able to take care of my AC and it didn’t cost me a fortune😁 If you need AC service, use them. You will not be disappointed.
I believe it's important to support small, family-owned businesses in our community, and Cold Front reinforced this belief a thousand percent. The service was exceptional, and the technicians were courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. A rare find indeed!
Tim visited to evaluate a leak in our AC system. Of various companies, he was the only one that detected the actual leak and proposed options which included only replacing the part that was broken versus the whole unit which everyone else quoted. They were incredibly responsive and communicative and replaced the part as expected as soon as sourced saving me significant unnecessary expenditure. Tim and his small team were all excellent. Now my A/C firm of choice. Note - I found them on Yelp and they responded within an hour but there weren't reviews so I nearly didn't contact them but I happened to check Facebook and Google and found loads of 5* reviews.
