Outstanding service oriented company with highly professional and friendly staff. A young Guardian serviceman checked out my boiler over the course of about an hour, pronounced it in good shape and then convinced me to sign up for a reasonably priced maintenance package that covers the boiler and water tank, as well as offering substantial discounts on any needed repair issues. Best services.

My actuator had an issue with last week on Thursday. Called Breeze Cooling And Heating in the afternoon the very day and Ian turned up in the evening for inspection. He found out the problem to be very minor and repaired it immediately. He was swift, knowledgeable, professional and all round a nice guy indeed!
