When all others were closed. Ian came out and quickly diagnosed our issue and with top notch equipment solved our problem. The price was great and our Sunday wasnt ruined.
I have used AirNow Services twice in the past year. My original AC installation company went out of business, but not before they sold me on a low quality system. AirNow has been able to troubleshoot the issues that have arisen with my system even when other AC companies could not find out what was wrong. All repairs have been preformed promptly.
I have used AirNow Services for both my home and my in-laws. Charles, Ian and Erik are exceptional. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend AirNow Services!
Look no further. Charles is one of the most honest HVAC professionals I’ve ever meet. He was personable, did not speak down to me or in technical jargon. He told me exactly what he was doing, how he was doing it and why he was doing it. The repair was the absolute minimum cost. Highly recommend!
The owner of AirNow, Charles, came out and identified a Freon leak in our system. A quote was given for the work to be performed and Ian, his son, arrived with a co-worker to do the installation of a new evaporator coil. They were professional, courteous and careful to protect our floors and property. Two weeks later, Ian returned and checked their work to ensure everything was up to their standards, and that we were nothing less than completely satisfied. A really nice touch from a family owned business. I would definitely recommend their services for any HVAC issues anyone may have. Thank you AirNow Services for your professionalism and courtesy.
Second time I’ve used AirNow and still incredibly satisfied. Owner answered and took care of scheduling us to make sure we got fit in and Ian (our tech) took great care of us and helped walk through all of the notes and recommendations. Highly recommend!
Ian was great! I called after 6:00 on a Saturday night and our ac was working by 9:00. He ended up having to come won Sunday but he got it fixed and it’s never run better
I’ve used AirNow Services for several years. They’ve always been prompt and professional. Today Ian S. was my service pro. He was professional and thoroughly checked everything. He explained all the steps he was taking, and maintenance he performed (drain pipe clearing), and answered all my questions. I have recommended this company to friends and family.
Charles at AirNow Services was very professional, courteous, punctual, and very attentive to details. I had moved into a new home and the original installation was not up to spec. I had originally called him to come out to look at my gas furnace is that would not light. He quickly knew what was wrong with the furnace, and while he was up in the attic, he looked over my AC unit and explained to me that the original installation was wrong. He advised me what needed to be done i’ll bring it up to spec. I am mechanically inclined, and After looking into the A/C system over myself I knew exactly what he was talking about. He was spot on with no pressure to change it, as it was running but not running very efficiently… I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anybody for their professionalism, honesty and quick response to my problem.
Should have called them first but I used another company that said I needed a new AC unit and to repair my old unit would be $2,000. Air now came out found the issue in 20 minutes and got my old AC working again for significantly cheaper than the other company. They did advise my unit is old and would need to be replaced but for now it’s working fine. Air now has gained a lifetime customer, honesty goes a long way. Thank you
Ian was on time and when AC is out in TX you need help fast. AirNow Services were out same day Saturday. Ian explained and showed us the issue with the AC and repair it. Super professional. The cost of the repair was good. Thank you Ian and AirNow.
They are overpriced compared to the other companies... but they provided an amazing service, explaining everything in details and respecting my times and my wishes...
It was a great experience to have their services and they're very professional and easy to talk with. They make sure everything goes smoothly. And it didn't took long for them to fix our A/C cooling system. I defintely recommend them to my friends and family. And the price wasn't so bad.
Ian S was a true professional. He was on time, he serviced what needed to be serviced and reviewed the rest of the system. He informed us of likely future problems but did not try to push anything more than what was absolutely needed. Will definitely use AirNow again.

Ian and Charles make a great team. They did an excellent job at repairing my A/C unit on my townhome in The Woodlands. They are quick to respond and gave a clear diagnostic report of the problem. I highly recommend them!
This place is top of the line! They handle problems quickly & efficiently. The office manager is great and works hard to get your issues knocked out as quickly as possible. Would recommend 10/10.
I have used this company twice before. They have great service and customer service
