David embodies the gentle, ethical, professionalism that is Integrity. Although new to the company his manners, thoroughness and completeness is what I have experienced from Integrity Air every time I use them. Truthfully I will probably never use anyone else again for AC, it is just so refreshing to work with real people who want to solve your problem and are in it for the long haul. If you don't try them you are missing out.
I had service to my system today by one of Integrity's technicians, Joshua Hay. I was very pleased and impressed with the service he provided and the manner in which he conducted himself. We had to wait for a UV bulb to be delivered for him to install it and while we waited he picked up fallen limbs and branches in my yard and also answered some questions I had about house maintenance in general. Integrity, this guy is an asset to your company! You are lucky to have him!
Called their office to get information on the different models and pricing they carry. Unfortunately the lady that answered said they had no one in the office to answer those questions and would have to set an appointment to come to my house? If you sell a product and have an office please have someone that can speak with potential clients. Everything does not require a home visit and wasting everyone's time.
Ace was an outstanding representative of Integrity. He was so easy to work with and extremely aware of our needs. Philip, the technician, was fast and competent in the installation. He listened to our questions, and was able to answer them all .
We love working with Integrity. They are always quick and responsive, and they consistently have the most professional and knowledgeable technicians. Ace was outstanding to work with and all our cats love him which is a big plus! 😸
I’ve been using this business since I moved into my first home about a year ago. As a first time home buyer I cannot express more gratitude to the technicians and staff who help me take care of my home. They are always available when I need them, professional, reasonably priced, educated and take the time to educate you as well. I have had nothing less than wonderful experiences with them. I don’t usually take the time to give reviews but this one deserves it. Just woke up to a ceiling leak from my AC unit at 3 am. Called as soon as I found it and they had a great technician, Dustin, come out right away and fix the problem all in about an hour and a half. Beyond grateful and they have a client for life. Highly recommend!
They may not be the least expensive company out there, but the saying "you get what you pay for" definitely applies to Integrity. Top of the line equipment and the service is the best I have ever had bar none, from the sales people to the ladies in the office, a pleasure to deal with.
Very quick response time. Cleaning, charging system was a little high priced. Left fan set to on position and door to garage open all night. But overall, I would recommend.
You have to try this company for your A/C am heating needs. Just call them or go online. They will call you back ASAP, listen to your needs and be there when they say 24/7 . My Technican Dustin was on time and easy to talk to. Explained everything and I am happy to have someone I trust working on my units. New customer for sure.

Great service and on time. They called to remind me time for system check and Dustin showed up on time. He completed the servicing and went on to explain to me how to properly set my thermostat.
Dylan Pesnell was the technician for our regular maintenance. He was very courteous and professional even petting our dogs. We had had a problem with our heating and he immediately recognized what it was. He performed all the regular checks and cleaned out the filters. We had no questions for him but he explained in detail how and why our attic needs more insulation. There was no pressure to upgrade but it did explain why our air conditioning runs many hours in the summer. ***** THIS SURVEY WAS FROM ONE YEAR AGO, I JUST FORGOT TO POST IT. ******* Will request him for our next maintenance.
Huy did an excellent job diagnosing our air conditioner problems and fixing and improving our whole system. He was professional, careful, willing to explain the problems and show what he was doing to fix them. I was very impressed with the high quality of his work. I highly recommend him!
Received a call letting me know Monte would be on his way and I also received and email with his picture letting me know he would be arriving shortly. When Monte arrived he introduced himself and went about doing the 49 point AC check. He left me with a detailed report about what was done and a couple of recommendations (which did not surprise me as we thought the ductwork would need work).
Our technician did a very good job in maintaining our air conditioning unit. He paid attention to detail and kept us informed as to what he was doing. Very pleased with the service.

Life Savers!! I had an AC Emergency, my AC Broke down during Texas Summer. I called them at 8 am and at 9:30 am they were here fixing my AC Excellent service support and even better Excellent response times! Billy was so professional and nice
