I called to get my schedule checked due to extreme heat we are having. Great experience from the start to end. Text and email notifications of my appointment and when the tech was on his way. Tech arrived on time. He listened to my concerns and checked my ac unit inside and out. Gave me advice on my air filter. Very polite and professional. Thank you!
Johnny was fantastic, all problems addressed and made some good recommendations. They will be my ac guys from now on.

Words can't express my gratitude for the services provided. Honest, reliable and trustworthy. They tried everything to revive our ac and furnace system. We had another company out and they basically tried to up sale us. AC Texas is the real deal! I gave them 5 stars because that was the highest rating. They 10 stars plus!

The AC system was not cooling so called AC Texas. They sent their technician promptly who fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Than you Johnny and ACvTexas for the job well Done!

James was amazing! Personable and friendly. Plus the most knowledgeable A/C tech I have ever met. He was here within 45 minutes of my call and had the system up in no time. He even identified an over charge on the freon that the original installers got wrong. And they have checked the system 3 times now and never noticed. Makes me wonder... I originally called the installer, Houston Air Comfort and they said they couldn't make it out for 9 days. I am switching to ACTexas from here on out.
I have used AC Texas for years and they continue to be consistent, fair, and professional. When a unit stopped working and I called at 5:00 PM, i had a return call within 30 minutes. They are now offering evening calls!!!! James was at my door at 8:10 the same evening and the system was fixed and house cool in time for kids to go to bed comfortably. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
AC Texas came for a spring AC check and did a great job explaining issues with the system and creating a fair plan for addressing the items found. I have worked with them for a few years now and have always found their technicians knowledgeable and professional.
About a year after we replaced our system with AC Texas, we still had a problem with a room not cooling. We had them come back out and another 1K later, got the room cooling. Now, 6ish months later, the same room has stopped cooling. Called them back out and they came 11/12/21. 24 hours later, the same problem is back and the room is hot again and receiving no air. While we were initially impressed with their business, we are losing faith in them.
