I am extremely pleased and totally recommend these guys. I had a new A/C install 3 years ago that was a disaster. It leaked all over the house. The ducting coming out of the air handler looked like two octopuses fighting. The humidity/ condensation was dripping through the ceiling and ruined everything . I contacted Joe Cool - they completely reengineered the ductwork and sealed it up. It’s been 5 months later and we have entered into a really hot summer. Everything is working perfectly!!!! I’m very happy with the work and pricing.

On time and reasonably priced
We reached out to Joe Cools via their website and were contacted within minutes and had a 2-hour appointment window for AC service the next day. Communication with their tech, Francisco, was great keeping us up to date on his arrival time so we didn't have to wait around. Francisco and his helper were very professional and did a great job servicing our AC system. They even made some recommendations to help us continue to maintain our system. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.

This is my second time calling Joe Cools A/C & Heating. Both times they arrive on time, came out the same day I called. Fixed the problem and the prices are affordable. Thank you Mr. Reyes for having my A/C up and going the same day.
Arrived as scheduled diagnosed the problem quickly. I had a wire crossed on the capacitor that was causing the unit to run hot and turn off. Francisco relocated the wire and check the system, I was also low on refrigerant he Charged the system and we are back to cooling the house.
