Had my mom's unit serviced 3 weeks ago and it was very low on freon so Diamond Air re-charged the system. I asked that they would come back and check to see if it is holding the charge. Everything passed the check out by Blaine. He as well as the owner and office manager are very kind and very knowledgeable with many different systems.
Always professional and courteous. They let you know when they are coming and never late. We trust Diamond Air. Blaine was extremely professional and informative. Along with being an awesome people person. We want Blaine to be our maintenance A/C and Heat Guy!!

Can’t recommend Diamond Air highly enough! We came home from a vacation to our house temperature in the 80s. In a panic, we called a different company (won’t make that mistake again!) who told us we needed a full system replacement and that it would be between $13,000 and $14,000. We called Diamond Air the next day and they sent their tech, Blaine, out to look at our unit. He spent a ton of time throughly diagnosing the problem. The ultimate fix? Dirty coils, a new capacitor, and topping off our refrigerant. It’s been about an hour since he left and the house is already comfortable again. He also took the time to explain each issue, what steps he took to fix the problem, and why those fixes were needed. He gave us steps for preventative maintenance and double checked his work before he left. Thank you, Blaine and the whole Diamond Air team, for your kind professionalism, honesty, and integrity! I will never call another company for any heat/AC issue.

This company rocks! They don't just want to charge you for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. He listened to my needs, evaluated the concerns and gave many options to correct the problem. His processing the problem was very calculated. Very professional and will use him again.
My AC was not cooling. Rance and Cayden are the best ever. I was very impressed by their workmanship and attention to every detail. They provided me all the details about the AC unit and promptly found the problem. Thank you for your excellent service!!

I called and they set up a time that was I very happy with. They did all I asked and they set me up on a maintenance and discount program saving me money as of today. Rance also came in wearing his mask and shoe coverings and was kind while protecting my home and himself. Great Job and Thank you!
