I have used Rowlett Air since 1998. They have installed. Maintained and replaced our units. I trust this company. The service personal is friendly and always has a solution. The company knows the best size unit for my house. They install quickly and professionally. There is never a mess left after a job. They take pride in the work they do. If you are looking for a good company to take care of your heating and AC needs, this is it!

This is the most honest company I have ever come across. I’m a 65 year old disabled woman who knows nothing about air conditioning but these folks didn’t take advantage of that. Rather, they were unbelievably fair in their pricing and never tried to sell me something I didn’t need. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Their work is efficient and I never had a problem after they left. They were on time, efficient and polite. Above all, they were HONEST, which is a rarity these days. I give them 5 stars +++ 😁
Great company!! They are very responsive, and their technicians are very experienced and knowledgeable. They saved us this summer by responding asap to our call for help….our system was not producing any cold air. They discovered our coils were completely broken, and they were back the next day to install the new coils. I highly recommend them!!
Jessie was able to come out the same day I called and replaced a couple of small drainage pipes that had been clogged with use over time. He was quick, efficient and so nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Rowlett Air!

These folks have serviced my dual HVAC system since they installed it in 2012. They always try to be prompt, even when they are real busy. First, they ensure an accurate diagnosis, then correctly repair what is needed. When I call them, I know I’m going to get good service and they know they will be paid promptly, so it’s a “Win-Win”!

Called Rowlett Air late in the afternoon. They couldn't get to us same day, but scheduled a service call for 9:00 the next morning. Jessie showed up on time and was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. By 9:32 the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Very reasonable price and outstanding service.
What a great company. They installed Mini Splits and I am very happy. It was a remodel and they were fantastic. Knew what they were doing and explained to me the process. I also had to have a new Mini Split put in for my upstairs. Great service. They are very professional and very clean in their work. Highly reccommend them.
