I will recommend Arthur Heating & Air to all I know. Barry came out to do an annual check on our AC and was very thorough and knowledgeable about our system and what was going on. He let us know everything he was going to do and gave us some tips to keep our system up running during peak season. We will definitely be using them for future HVAC checks and if anything were to happen with our system.

I am very pleased with the work they have done. They do great work and are very reliable, have always been professional, and are on time. We have used Arthur Heating & Air several times along with our two times a year system check and have been happy with the service they provide. They always clean up before they leave which is a plus. I like that before they come out they texted a picture of the technician with their background and some personal information, this is so helpful and makes me feel a little safer on opening my door knowing this is the technician from Arthur. We had to replace our heating & air system, inside and outside and Kevin Arthur made sure I knew all my options so I could make the best decision for us. Kevin ensured we had a new system installed the next day so we would not go without air conditioning any longer than needed. They did what was needed to get the job done right and worked late to get it done. They also installed new air ducts and suspended them off the floor to be more efficient. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy! They will be my heating & air company for service for many years to come.

Absolutely the best HVAC company I have ever used. They are extremely professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I needed to replace my entire A/C unit and clean the air boxes and duct work. They introduced me to an A/C technology that is very efficient and actually cost the same as other lesser units from other companies. It is also very quiet, you can hardly tell it is running. I love my new unit and I love Arthur Heat and Air. I will never use any other HVAC company.
