Dave and his team have helped us at our home and in our several businesses for the last 4 years and we have been extremely pleased with their character, attention to detail and professionalism
My neighbors (as in, several of them) recommended Acclaim on our neighborhood's Google Group. Even though I called mid-afternoon, they were able to work me in that day, which is awesome because we're in the middle of an unprecedented, record-breaking heat wave and I need A/C. The initial service / diagnostic fee was below what other companies are charging, and the repair fee was in line with what I'd expect for the job (clearing a clogged drain line). The technician, Brandon, was a nice guy and, it turns out, also a neighbor! I've put a reminder on my calendar to call them in late Fall so they can give my HVAC system the once-over before it gets cold enough here to turn the heat on.
David has worked on our home and a small rental property for years, he has installed complete new system and worked on the existing older units. Very professional, fair pricing, and explains in lay terms what problems exist, how to fix them, and solid advice on maintenance and operation. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Have used Acclaim for 5 years. They are very responsive, professional and I believe reasonable in their charges. I will continue to use them for my air system.

My AC went on the blink on last Saturday. I called Acclaim first thing Monday morning, I've used them in the past. Mike, who always does a great job, was at my door by 10 that morning. Mike found the problem quickly, fixed it and did a few extra things to make sure I was up and running. I think they do great work, and their prices are fair, can't ask for more than that!
Mike was an outstanding technician. On time efficient rapid immediately identified the problem, was friendly. cannot say enough good things about our experience. second time for an unrelated issue with this business and would gladly go back to them for any need. The initial call for service went in at night and someone texted back and gave great guidance on next steps and availability.
Same steady reliable service I’ve enjoyed for over 20 years with Dave and Mike. I have a number of vintage rent houses and offices and live in one, too. They require special care and handling. Dave and his crew are great to work with. You can trust them.

Dave Delaney and his team did an awesome job. While there were a few obstacles to jump through, his team accomplished the job and went above and beyond to ensure my family had AC. I am so appreciative of their attentiveness and willingness to come up w solutions to my problems.
Highly recommended. We've used Acclaim for a few years and finally our 30+ year central HVAC system went down over one of the hottest summer weeks in Dallas. Several contractors bid for a full system replacement and David + his team went above and beyond others - they spent time to analyze our house & requirements, proposed/weighed several options and met a tight deadline at a reasonable price. David was on-site with techs who acted professionally and delivered a quality install for new Armana two-speed system in two days. Never felt upsold or pressured - can't overstate value of David's advice which felt honest and genuine. Bonus that the new system reduced our summer electric bill by 35%+. They are our saviors! Air conditioner started blowing hot air and was reading 88 inside our house and tomorrow is supposed to be 102. Called them , knowing that this is their busy time of year and they still were able to come out within 2 hours and check on it. As it turns out we needed a whole outside unit. They were able to put that in the next day for us. A complete miracle this time of year! They were able to fit us in later in the day and stayed until we'll pass the dinner time getting it up and running. Professional and very clean wearing foot booties in our house even though we told them they didn't need to. Honest and reliable. This is our third time using this company and they are truly the cream of the crop. One other thing they were able to do for us is get us a window unit overnight tukwila house down to 78 degrees. We slept on a mattress in the den and it was very doable! What service!

I have used Acclaim on several occasions, the latest was this past weekend when the temp was triple digits. Not only did they send someone out on a Saturday morning but Dave actually completed the job on Sunday morning. The customer service and quality of service are always top not with Dave and crew! The prices are very reasonable, they are always on time and they are a trustworthy company! Not easy to find these days.
Acclaim deserves 10 stars. Our AC went out this afternoon when it was only 108 degrees outside. David squeezed us in and got the unit working again in no time. He installed our unit in 2002 and will install our next new unit soon. We have referred Acclaim to family and many friends because David D. is fair, trustworthy and reliable. It's an honor to be able to give Acclaim a good review.
