The owner and staff members are courteous, professional, and honest human beings. On days like this, when the temperature hit triple digits, it's great to know that Moore A/C & Heating Services are always looking for ways to be of service to their community and offer assistance in a timely fashion. I also want to give kudos and high praise to my technician Luis. He was very knowledgeable, professional and went the exta mile to ensure that my family and I were taken care of. Excellent customer service, starting with my phone call requesting HVAC repair. Nate in the office was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He listened completely to what I thought may be the issue and made a tech appointment that fit my schedule. The tech, Luis, arrived on time and quickly found the issue with our thermostat and HVAC and repaired our system on the spot. Price was very reasonable, and services were excellent. Highly recommend Moore AC & Heating Services in Rowlett -- the best!

I had a different company (call them company X) install my new high efficiency outdoor unit. There were a number of reasons that I questioned X’s competence. After 17 months the compressor in my new unit died. I decided to not use the original installer but research companies that specialize in Bryant. Moore’s fit the profile I was looking for. Moore not only replaced the compressor, but corrected installation issues from both the replacement install along with the original install This required extra time but Moore maintained the original price quote even with the extra work. I’ll be using Moore for my HVAC needs in the future.
I noticed our A/C wasn’t cooling and a line was frozen so decided to reach out to this service. I was able to schedule them for the next day but to my surprise Mr.Steve Moore was able to come out the same day and fix the problem. He was very informative and didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions. He was super friendly and professional the whole time. Will definitely be using their services again. Thank you so much!
Steve Moore took care of my heat pump at my old house for 13 years and is now keeping my new system (that’s not all that new anymore) going. He and his crew members I’ve met are always professional and do excellent work! I highly recommend Moore Services!

They installed an AC unit for us last summer. They were honest with me about the cost and directed me to what would be the best value for me which was not the most expensive one! Had an issue with it recently and hesitated to call at this time of year since it wasn't a real emergency, but it started getting a little too 'warm', so did so anyway. They had someone out within an hour and were able to fix it right then! Always courteous on the phone and in person!
Always great service, trustworthy, reliable, friendly and timely! Steve and his crews are our go to from repairs that kept those old units going beyond their years to that inevitable time of replacement. The process is always easy and organized.

Our unit died in the middle of July and Moore A/C came out quickly to determine the cause. We needed a new unit and they gave us multiple options that would best fit our situation and budget. Very professional and educated us on how to register and use the new system. Very pleased with their service and will definitely use them again.
