Great experience from start to finish. John presented it to us and was so informative and helpful through the process. Dalton Matthew & Lendon came out and were so polite and cleaned up well afterwards. I was very impressed with the service and would recommend.
An A/C unit stopped producing cool air in my home; therefore, I contacted Elite Clean & Restoration and requested service; subsequently, my family and I experienced discouraging customer service, overwhelming A/C unit replacement part stipulations, hurtful rhetoric, and confusion. I purchased a Lennox A/C unit and the corresponding warranty in 2021, and I used the warranty for the corresponding non-functioning A/C unit in June 2023. I contacted Elite for at-home service, and the receptionist was pleasant and notified the manager – Tony. However, Elite's offensive, woeful, and swelter-inducing business practices overshadowed that lovely phone conversation grossly. When the A/C unit technicians arrived two days after I requested service, the discouraging customer service experience commenced. Two technicians were in my home; one was arrogant, nonchalant, and behaved and communicated like my family and I were supposed to know virtually everything about an A/C unit. The arrogant-nonchalant technician displayed unfavorable acts during his visits and was seemingly careless about the A/C unit problem – his body language suggested that he would have rather been elsewhere. After the arrogant-nonchalant technician informed me that the capacitor was the issue and a replacement part was necessary, the overwhelming A/C unit replacement part stipulations commenced. The aforementioned technician told me that the approximately $25 capacitor cost $450 to purchase and install – I was dumbfounded because I bought the A/C unit parts warranty, and Tony assured me it was active. The arrogant-nonchalant technician called Tony, and Tony said the A/C unit parts warranty was active, which confused my family and me because we were told to pay $450 immediately. Moreover, Tony told my family and me that we had two choices: wait up to three days in an 80-90 degree house for a warranty claim approval or pay $450 immediately with no waiting period nor reimbursement. I needed the cleaning done by a deadline, they helped me out so quickly. Chris was here quickly evaluated my needs gave me an acceptable plan with future alternatives. The cleaning crew Dalton, Matthew and Lendon were fast but very efficient. Vents look fantastic inside and house smells great. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys.
The techs were professional and on time. They did a very good job cleaning our air ducts. I recommend Elite Clean & Restoration.
John Belitere was on time, but more importantly he offered me an option to fix/repair my HVAC a competitor never mentioned (their only solution was to install a new system). John saved me thousands $$$. Honest, fair, friendly service with integrity. Couldn't recommend a better technician/company than John B. and Elite. PS. He used Stop Leak to stop a Freon leak in my system.
Elite Clean and Restoration met every expectation we had for excellent service. From our initial inquiry about a new air conditioner to the completion of the installation, Tony and his team were professional, courteous, and prompt. The delivery team, the installation team, and the air duct cleaning team were right on time, were respectful of our home, and were patient in answering all our questions with helpful information. A new AC unit is a major purchase. We appreciate the very fair price Tony gave us and the top-notch staff he provided to complete the job. We highly recommend Tony and Elite Clean and Restoration.
This review never sat well with me because this company literally held me hostage on the phone making me to leave a positive review, then verifying it before ending the call with me. The honest review; in the end the job was done at an acceptable level, but there were a few issues. Job was to replace all the upstairs ducting. We were not told the installers would barely know any English, but I can deal with that. First, they didn't bring out the correct ducting to install (acting like it was my fault. At least the salesman had my back and told them to bring out the correct ducting). Then they tore off the WRONG ducts connected to the downstairs air handler, realized their mistake, and quickly re-attached them (new globs of glue/paste), then lied to me by telling me they were "re-inforcing" them for me. Next, they blew the fuse in my upstairs hair handler then asked if I had any fuses around to replace it. Luckily, whatever they did doesn't seemed to have caused permanent damage. All in all I felt the job was amateurish and not done to good standards. I feel much better getting that off my chest years after they strong-armed me into leaving a 5 star review.

Brandon and Mathew were great! They cleaned the unit in my new condo before I move in and answered all my questions thoroughly. They were professional, attentive and very nice. I would 100% recommend elite clean and restoration and will be using them again on the future.
Joe, Sebastian and the crew were sooo amazing and worked so professionally. They were friendly and polite and cleaned up all areas of their work. I recommend them for all your AC and ventilation work!
John was my initial contact person, very professional. He and his manager Tony worked with me to obtain a price that was affordable. My attic wasn't compatible with the equipment, but those guys worked it out until it was finalized. I am enjoying my cool home now. You all are so people-oriented. Beware! I felt like I'm being robbed I paid too much for the refrigerant charging plus the stop leak the sales rep. named Tanner took advantage of my innocence about AC units. Never gonna call them for service..
This was my first using Elite Clean & Restoration and I can say most likely not my last using the services. About 3 weeks ago, I scheduled an A/C Tune-up in preparation for the Summer heat. My technician, Chris C., arrived at the appointed time and walked me through what he was going to perform. During the process of testing my two units, he discovered that one unit was returning a value lower than expected meaning that there was a leak in my copper a/c lining. He told me that he had a product on hand that Elite uses that would find & seal the leak. He would also have to recharge/refill the refrigerant in that unit. He then showed me the cost of performing the services but reassured me that he would do all that he could in order to minimize the cost. He told me that Elite and he are most interested in satisfying their customers with the best service at a very reasonable price; Professional. I agreed to the service and I'm glad I did. My house is much cooler now and the unit doesn't appear to be working as hard any more; Good quality. Afterwards I checked with some other companies for the cost of similar service and found that Elite was among the best in cost - much lower than a number of them; Good value. I was relieved to know that I wasn't taken advantaged of because of my circumstance. Also, Chris did the work in a fairly short amount of time - maybe an hour from start to finish. Great service!
The elite team was very professional, thorough, and efficient. I feel my system is in a much better spot and will continue to use them for future A/C Work.

I spoke with a few different local options to get an outside and inside HVAC replaced. Tanner came out and did a tremendous job explaining the cost and value of his company upfront. Tony was able to work out a deal with me that was fair based on the market cost. The service they provided was quick and Hunter and his associate went above and beyond the norm to make sure things were professionally installed even when complications arose. No one want's to have to pay out of pocket for a new system. Even though it started as a negative thing, working with an honest and reliable company like Tony and his team made it feel just a little better! I am very happy with my new system and highly recommend speaking with these guys if you are in the market to replace your HVAC.
