We have utilized this company twice now and they have been upfront about A/C unit malfunctions, cost of repair and very honest about the remaining life of our unit (all fact checked after the service call). They don't try to shove a whole unit replacement down our throats when they come out to assist with issues. For the area, the prices are very reasonable when factoring in the years of experience, thoroughness, and especially how quickly they can service the unit during the summer busy season. I'm very happy we found a company that knows what they're doing and knows their worth but aren't trying to squeeze every last penny out of their customers.
We had been neglecting our HVAC system but realized it was time to pay more attention so I did some research and decided to call Barnaby. We signed up for annual maintenance and Travis came out at the end of October last year. I knew the compressor/condenser unit was 15 years old and I found out the furnace and coil were 30 years old. Everything was still working but because of the age of everything, my wife and I made the decision to use Barnaby to replace our entire HVAC system. I needed to wait a while but the install was completed today! We are so happy that we chose Barnaby! Charlie, Travis and Caitlin are all wonderful! And we are so glad we now have a friendly, trusted and technically superior group of people to use on an ongoing basis for all our HVAC needs! Thanks a bunch Charlie, Travis and Caitlin, and also a big thanks to Albert for our new Armstrong system! Stay safe on your Indian and we'll see you next time!
Barnaby and his team were not only professional, on time but had to go the extra mile to locate a Good System that would fit a confined area. Their total installation was efficient and completed with quality workmanship. There efforts to maintain a clean environment was superb from start to the final clean up. They all had great Attitudes with a focus on Customer Satisfaction. Our Heat Pump has been providing quality AC throughout these Hot Texas months...! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for Any and All work needed for your AC/ Heating needs. Doesn’t matter what it is, they are there to help you. I personally cannot thank them enough for helping me. I did replace my complete system with them as it was so old and my electric bills were getting out of control. My coil was leaking so bad it had to be replaced anyhow. They cleaned up everything after the job was done.

Wow! What great service! My heater went out on one of our coldest days while I had COVID. He worked with me to come up with a safe plan and came immediately to fix it. Great service and such a kind man!!!
Barnaby Heating & Air has proven to be reliable, professional, and courteous. I had to replace my entire system 5+ years ago, and the installation went smoothly and has been solid. I recently needed to get my compressor fixed (due to a manufacturing defect), and their response was prompt. You can tell that they genuinely care about their customers. They shoot straight, are polite, and do honest work. As long as Barnaby is in business, they will be who I use - because I trust them, and my trust is hard to earn. I trust them so much, I also joined BarnabyCare, which I will hardly ever pay for such services from others.
My AC went out and the technician was able to resolve the issue and fix it within 20 minutes. Would recommend their maintenance package for routine maintenance.
Barnaby is always very professional and quick to respond. They are knowledgeable, friendly always professional and courteous. Highly recommend and they are the only ones I call for access and heating maintenance and repair.
Their service and response times far exceed my expectations. I've placed emergency calls for heat at my residence, and heat and A/C at my rent houses and they typically respond the same day, even on a Sunday. Their technicians are well trained and communicate frequently, providing status updates and corrective actions taken. I've recommended Barnaby Heating and Air to several of my friends and family members.

My parents needed their HVAC unit replaced, & Barnaby came highly recommended from a friend. They did a great job. Educated us on the problems & possible solutions, no hard sell. On install day, the crew was right on time. Very professional. And finished quicker then we expected. Couldn't ask for much more.

This company came recommended by someone in my Neighborhood Nextdoor Ap. I was very pleased with the service. My downstairs AC was not working, and They came to check it out. Now we have had our share of bad luck with AC companies and issues before so I was prepared for a battle or a huge cost on "things needed," but Steve came in and immediately I felt at ease. He walked me through the potential problems, gave me best and worse case scenarios, and walked me through things I should know about my units. Not only was the issues simple (a faulty shut off switch installed previously- incorrectly of course) he did a few extra things to service my unit that he saw that had been done incorrectly by previous technicians at no extra cost. He did install new switches in the proper place so I did pay for those, but it was not necessary. I also told him I want s to sign up for the Gold servicing package so that they would come out twice a year and keep my units in working order. He told me it was not necessary because both units were relatively new and it would be a waste of money for me. I really feel like he took the time to make sure that I understood everything that had been done, he made sure everything was good inside and out, and he wouldn't let me purchase more than I needed. After being shafted by other service type companies, I am thankful to Steve and the people at Barnaby's for restoring my faith in the service industry. I highly recommend this company and will be telling all my friends.
