I highly recommend this company. My A/C was not blowing cold air, the house was 85 degrees when I got home at 7:30pm. I called and the owner and a technician came out to fix the problem. I was not charged an after hours service call fee, like most companies charge. The owner and technician were polite, professional and fixed the issue. Dispatched called the next day to verify everything was working and the house had cooled down. Will use them for any A/C problem in the future. Thank you!

I needed a commercial 20 ton unit installed at my business. The other guys I've dealt with told me they could not get to it until mid September. (This was in July). I got a hold of Around The Clock, and the unit was installed and working within 7 days. Blew my mind! The work they did was fantastic, and they were also less expensive than the other folks I was going to use. And during the same time, I had a unit acting up at another place, and they got over there and fixed it the same day I told them. I would highly recommend them for both service and new installation based on this experience.

All I can say is thank you for telling me you couldn't do a service call. It was the best thing that could of happened. Now all your company's mistakes are fixed because another company came and fixed. minus the 7-10k worth of damage from water and mold. Just a warning this company will leave you stuck in the mud with no rope. Please do your research this is a fly by night company the owner is never at work. The office person works from her cell phone in her car as she is driving. I was told by the owner to call another company that they had to much going on right now.

This company is not fair. They operate a side business called Christmas D'Lights. I have had my Christmas lights installed on my house since 2010. For three years I was always offerered the same pricing since I was a returning customer. Last year, due to multiple surgeries and restrictions on lifting heavy objects, I informed the woman who called (Lucy), that I would not be able to put out lights that year but to please call me next year (2014). Low & behold, they never call me but I noticed that my neighbors down the street had lights installed on their houses. When I checked with one of my neighbors, he confirmed that a new company (Around the Clock AC), had taken over the installation of lights from the previous company (EnviroTech) and also confirmed that the price he was charged was the same as it's always been every year. So I found my invoice for 2 of last three years and called up Around the Clock (aka Christmas D'Lights), and was told by their front office receptionist that the owner said they could install my lights for the increased rate of $300. Previously I paid $219 to have my lights installed and when I inquired as to why I would now have to pay extra, she said it was because they had to "break down" my lights (since I didn't use them last year), and that they would have to start all over again. Funny how the original company had to start from nothing and yet they were able to provide a service for $219 yet Around the Clock saw this as an opportunity to be greedy and decided they could pull a fast one and jack up my price if I wanted to use them. The receptionist I spoke with said she would ask her "other boss" (I guess that's John) and would let me know if they could match the price. She never called me back so when I called them two days later, the owner's wife got on the line (Jessica Young), and was very curt and unprofessional and spoke over me and said that they just weren't going to honor the old price and that's THAT! She also had

I had a great experience with Joey and the team putting in a complete new Coleman air conditioning and heating system in my upstairs. I got the high efficiency system after I talked with John the owner who talked about all the benefits of Coleman over some of the others. I was specifically impressed with the fact that Coleman has completely re-engineered their system (remember they are York and Johnson Controls). This is one of the few heating units with a variable gas valve (John can explain this better). All the systems are moving to this, just haven't gotten there. The system is super quiet and works really. They were super careful to lay down tarps so that they did not make a mess in the house. John really knows his stuff and sold me on the unit with a great warranty. Thanks guys.
