I purchased a new A/C unit from Neal’s Heating and A/C this week and their service response from my first call when our A/C stopped working to the final installation was excellent. The young men were courteous and professional throughout the install, keeping me updated, even with pictures! The new system had our home cool and comfortable within just a few hours!
Fantastic experience, great service, quality product and installation, fair price, and the team is unbelievably professional which is hard to find these days. No one wants to spend money replacing their HVAC but Chris and his entire install team made me confident I made the right choice every step of the way. I highly recommend Neal's Heating & AC!

June, 2023 update : My first review of NEALS was over 2 years ago when our new AC systems were installed. Today I had our first need for service. It was amazing ! Here we are in the middle of record temps and because we had bought the system from Neal's, we are preferred customers. Arturo was at my house and my system was up and running only 8 hours after I spoke with Chris; and BTW: Chris actually answered the phone at 6 a.m. it just made me feel like they were really concerned and looking out for us. Many people need to wait days for service. So, that was the update post. Here is the original post that I put up a little over two years ago when our systems were installed: Well, if you are trying to decide what company to use and what advice to take when it comes to HVAC here is all you need to know: Neal's Heating & AC. Why ? Well : in the past I was a long term and very firm customer of a large HVAC company , but after having interacted with Chris Neal I realized that I had been missing the element of personalization and direct contact with the company owner. Another consideration is that when you deal with a very large service company you are also usually going to deal with a little less quality control and a little more expenses . It made a big difference to me to be able to speak with the owner of the company. The fact that he is responsive and knowledgeable is a huge plus as well . We are loving the system that Chris Neal recommended and installed, and look forwards to years of trouble free heating a cooling !

Super all the way around. We researched companies first. Neal’s Heating and AC was at the top of the ratings. We received three other bids and were not impressed for various reasons. A few calls where questions were politely and thoroughly answered got us to the next step. Arturo came out, evaluated the system and discovered out builder undersized the system. The system never worked well and we planning to replace it. Got the quote with a great price and scheduled the install. Arturo, Noe and Gershom were the installers and they were prompt and professional. They worked as a team and explained every step paying close attention to detail. The install was a work of art. A few hours and we were up and running. Arturo was superb, did most of the technical work and demonstrated the new thermostat and provided tips on operation. Noe did all the outside work including pressure testing and fill and got all the paperwork together. Gershom kept everything going, is an exceptional craftsman and double checked everything.. Neal’s Heating and Air is highly recommended and earns their ratings through hard work and exceptional service. Highly recommended.
Arturo is the best, I have never been more pleased with him or Neal’s heating and AC.
The new high efficient Carrer system was installed in 6 hours. The job was done by Noe, Arturo & Gershom and was done promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Neal's Heating and AC. Jim Younker
Very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all questions and explained what was done. Definitely recommend. We feel that we are in good hands with a company that we can trust to do good servicing and to be available when needed. We used Neal’s again when we needed to replace the unit. Both A/C and furnace were replaced. Once again, timely, responsive, professional, quality work, courtesy and competence of technicians, excellent clean-up. We highly recommend this company, and we feel secure knowing that the job was well done.

Arturo was fantastic! He arrived within the window of time given, diagnosed the problem (capacitor) and fixed quickly. He then took the time to clean the outside units and double check everything in the attic to make sure there were no additional issues or maintenance items needing attention. I've been using Neal's (AC by Chris) since 2010 or so and it's nice to have Chris/Arturo and team anytime our ac/heat goes wonky.
The technician (Arturo) was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He took his time and made sure everything was taken cared for before he left. He was friendly and dealt with us professionally.
Life savers! Chris was really nice to work with. Our system needed replacing and they did a fast and professional job getting it done. Neal's was recommended in a neighborhood Facebook group and the rave reviews were warranted. Highly recommended.
Neal’s Heating and Air Conditioning provided a better price than 6 other Companies I asked to quote. Then he scheduled almost immediately and his team including Arturo, Gershom and Noe performed the removal and installation in about five hours. The quality of work and attention to detail was better than expected. Total pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this team!
I have been searching for a good company for a new AC and Heating system and I was recommended by a good friend to go with Neal's AC and heating. These guys surpassed my expectation. They were on time, proffesional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. They fixed an extra duct work at no extra charge and willing to above and beyond to address any questions or concerns that you have. They did an amazing job. THANK YOU Noe, Gershom , Arturo and Neal. Truly appreciated.
