There are very few businesses you can trust. If I want to place a bet on chilly air’s trust worthiness I would. Over the course of past 7 years I have had multiple awesome experiences from Robin and his team. Robin once came in after my repeated calling about AC not working. It was due to my son flipping the switch while in the attic. Robin did not charge me even a penny. Fast forward to this week, AC on my rental broke in this Texas heat wave. The contractor from my property management company provided a quote of $2850 to replace the condenser. I had to fight with my property manager and tenants to let Chilly Air take a look to confirm the diagnosis. Chilly was very accommodating when I could get access only to the outside unit. Andrew went there checked the system and fixed the issue for $169. Andrew checked other readings to make sure that the system works fine. So I saved 2600$ with Chilly Air. This is the kind of service I want from all my contractors. Trust me and call chilly air for any AC services in and around Austin. Folks in other areas - best of luck finding someone as trustworthy as Chilly Air.

I love this company! Robin and his team are very professional and value their customers. I have used them a couple of times and I never need to shop for prices. They are truly honest and their experience in this business is amazing. They take time explaining the problem and try to help save costs if needed. Robin provided excellent customer service! We had a blown fuse on our HVAC unit, and he took the time to help us fix it remotely.
Robin is the only one we will let work on our HVAC. He is exactly the kind of professional you want to do business with. He knows what he is doing and he does it at a fair price. As a rule, I do not recommend a business unless I have complete confidence in them. I trust Robin completely.
1st, I have to give Robin and his crew 2 thumbs up. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. This man went above and beyond to get us a new unit installed in this 100+ degree weather. (never was pressured into buying anything) His honesty and professionalism speaks very highly of him. Robin took his time explaining everything and was very helpful on all the questions we had. HVAC unit was very reasonable compared to others. If you are looking for AC Repairs or a new unit, this is the company I would very highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Give them a try! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Chilly Air Services today.
