Having no a/c in Texas can be miserable, but thankfully Elevation was able to save the day! I cant say enough about my technician Kevin. He was professional, friendly and honest. He explained what the issue was and how to avoid it in the future. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone!

Excellent response time and service time when we called them for a second quote for a repair on our AC system. Thank goodness we did! We saved $1200 for the exact same repair and work guarantee and got it fixed quicker in 2 days!! The technicians were polite, friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The office staff was AWESOME responding quickly to all our questions and emails. Would most definitely recommend Elevation to anyone for your HVAC needs. Huber and his team once again saved me during peak high heat temperatures. Contacted them through email early this morning and had a response by 9 a.m. telling me they'd send someone out to take a gander at my issue. Called them on a Sunday- The owner came out and inspected a leak in my unit. He was very knowledgeable. Monday morning (next day) they came and installed a whole new unit. He made this as easy as 1,2,3. This was a commercial property. These guys rock! They are on top pf their game. I would recommend them to anyone who is need of a reliable, trustworthy company for your ac needs.
I have 2 AC units in my house. And I had to replace the evaporator coil for both. I was so frustrated because the home warranty company declined my claim. But I got a quote from this company and got fixed today. They answered all my questions so quickly, even on Sunday morning (Sorry about that~). Unlikely other contractor, they came in on time. Good value with 10 year warranty! Most of all, they finished the work so professionally and explained all the maintenance tips. I really recommend this company!

The representative, Huber Gonzalez, was very informative and help us make a good decision to replace the heating and air conditioning systems. We are extremely happy with the unit we chose. The installers of the system were outstanding. They went above and beyond making sure we were happy with the installation. I had three people come out and give me quotes on installing a new A/C. Elevation A/C had the best price (by far), were always responsive, and got the job done quickly and exactly when they said they would. Great service and I definitely recommend them to anyone with an HVAC issue.
They are very responsive during and after business hours. My AC went completely down. They fit me in on the same day coming late in the day and working well into the evening until unit replaced. They are honest and very fairly priced.
Huber is simply the best, AC and Heating professional. He is very honest and genuine. It's very hard to work with a person like him these days. My ac went out on Saturday. John came out few hours later and fixed issue right away. I definitely call him next time without hesitation if i have a problem with ac.
There is none better in my book. Friendly and Professional service is why they take care of all my heating and A/C needs. I also had Elevation put a Mitsubishi split A/C system in my cabin and it works amazing and was installed to look and work to its full potential.
