This is the second time we've used Crow's Plumbing and continue to be very impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, and ability to fit us into their schedule without our family having to wait for an extended period of time for repairs. This time around we had an issue with a damaged garbage disposal, kitchen sink drainage and separate updates that needed to be made to our toilets, and the technician (Justin) was able to quickly work through the various repairs without any disruption or delay. Over the past 1-2 years we've reached out to several plumbing companies in the area for estimates, and have found Crow's to be somewhere in the middle from a pricing standpoint. At the end of the day it was worth paying a bit more for Crow's knowing that they showed up on the scheduled date, did the work correctly the first time around, and their original estimate didn't change once the work was completed.
They're the very best! Jonathan was pleasant and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
My wife and I recently moved to Georgetown and the older we bought desperately needed some plumbing improvements. We called several different companies and asked three to come over and submit bids. Crow's was clearly the most responsive to our call and most knowledgeable about responding to the needs of our situation. We are happy we chose them. They assigned Ruben to the jobs (a lot to take out and a lot to install!). Not only did he do a great job but he is also a nice person who actually saved us some money in the long run. Even better, everything now works and works well!
I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs, very easy to schedule an appointment and very prompt with their response time.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. I had a bad leak in my front yard coming from a sewage line and they came on a Saturday morning and figured out the cause and fixed it up that day! They had to dig several feet under ground. Jacob was so professional and after evaluating several companies, I felt most comfortable and at ease with this company. I was really stressed from other plumbers scaring me, but immediately Jacob made me feel like it was all going to be ok, and it was. Thank you !!

Yesterday I had the best plumber experience ever. Jacob was thorough, informative and professional. He diagnosed a problem with a water heater device that had been improperly installed by another plumber in 2014. He had the correct part on his truck and we are now enjoying (near) instant hot water. He went above and beyond the task at hand (toilet installation). I now know how much water pressure I have, what a flange is and host of other helpful information. Jacob will be the only plumber that I call for future plumbing issues.
We worked with Justin, who was friendly and helpful. We liked the quality of his work. After he did the repair, he showed us how to understand our system and maintain it better. We’d be happy to work with him again.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy with his work and his professionalism.
Called Crow’s after discovering what looked like a massive water leak underground next to my house. Definitely scary as a homeowner but they were able to dispatch a technician to my home within an hour! Everyone, from the front office to the technician, was super helpful and reassuring and they were even able to fix the issue the same day even though there were a lot of complications due to the specific layout of my plumbing system. Highly recommend their services!
Xavier quickly assessed the problem, gave excellent advice on how to fix it and expertly installed a new toilet and sink . I was impressed by his knowledge. I would definitely use Crow's Plumbing again.
Paul replaced our water heater and repaired a cold water issues at the sink and shower. He was professional and respectful. He kept me posted of all updates and was very aware and considerate.
Tommy did excellent work. Jack and Karen hung in there and dealt with the City of Georgetown. Switching from septic to sewer was a long arduous process because of the city permitting process, but they got it done. Thank You!

We’ve had the pleasure of Justin visiting our house twice in the past month. This will be for both of the visits. Justin provided an excellent walk through the the issues and the options to fix them. We were informed at every stage in the process. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and even nice to our dogs.
I had called with a request to fix the leaking kitchen sink sprayer & to get a quote on hooking up the pipe for gas logs. Xavier showed up on time, was very nice & professional. He replaced the o-ring in the sprayer which fixed it & quoted a price for the gas logs which was more than I wanted to invest since I'm selling the house. No problem, no pressure. Very pleased with the service.
