Manny Dejean and his associate Haiden were prompt, professional, and thorough. They arrived on-time and introduced themselves to me. They encountered some challenges during installation of my new Daikin/Goodman HVAC system but thanks to the experience of both installers I now have a cool, comfortable environment. They answered all of my questions with no hesitation. Eleven out of ten stars!
We had a great experience with Blue Ribbon. Technician was able to come out the same day. We had Kelvin who was excellent. He was able to find the issue and have the system up and running in about 15 minutes. He then proceeded to check the entire system and explain everything to coherently and in detail. The final price was very fair. Highly recommend Blue Ribbon and asking for Kelvin!
Kelvin was patient, kind and honest while answering all of my questions throughout the consultation. He is incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue with my 17 year old AC system very quickly. We decided to replace the system with new outdoor and indoor units. He was also kind enough to walk me through how to properly maintain the new system going forward to make it last as long as possible. Pricing was competitive in the initial quote and the financing option provided (that we qualified for) made this process much easier. Props to Kelvin and Blue Ribbon for providing a great experience. I already have a great deal of trust in this company and could not be happier. One more thing to mention - they are even providing us with a space cooler to help us sleep in comfort (for no additional cost) until the new system is installed. I can tell they deeply care about customer satisfaction through both words and actions.
Our AC went out on a Thursday...they were there on FRI. Old unit could not be fixed. They left us a portable to help us get through the 100+ heat -- cooling one room is better than nothing ! Tuesday AM they were back out with a new system. It took them most of the day and Patrick and Manny spent all day in a probably 120+ degree attic. God bless them. I do not know how they did it. They never complained and always had a smile on their face. They answered every question we had. I provided them gatorade / Powerade and extra waters and would have fed them if they would have stopped to eat !! I have dealt wth other companies in the Georgetown area and we will only call Blue Ribbon from now on. I am serious ! Again, kudos to Patrick and Manny, to the ladies who answer their phone, to the sales person Marvin and also the service tech, Gerard. Everyone was easy to work with. This is a newer company based in Bastrop but they serviced us in Georgetown. They will be a successful business if they continue to understand the importance of excellent customer service. Also, this will post under my husband, Daniel, but I am writing it and my name is Marcella.
Ryan did a great job explaining the issues with our units, and I was comfortable with those suggestions. It’s nice to have AC again.

I appreciated the fact that Kelvin explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Found the problem very quickly and resolved the issue.
We received a text and call when our service rep, Jared, was 30 minutes out. We were able to learn a little about him even before he arrived. He was right on time and his demeanor was professional and respectful. He was gracious and patient to answer all of our questions and listen to our a/c saga! He took the time to be sure everything (Pioneer Mini Split: blocked line, water leak, dirty blower, coils and drip pan) was completed correctly and nothing we were concerned with was left unaddressed. He explained everything the service included, and talked with us about future options. He shared his knowledge freely and was a delight to have in our home. Blue Ribbon will definitely be our "go to" HVAC resource, and we will definitely ask for Jared, if he's willing to put up with us!! A great experience and truly a blessing for us.

Service technicians was amazing got my AC up and working fast , also he didn’t try to bait me into anything I didn’t need and he provided me with information I needed to know about my unit. Blue ribbon is the only repair service company I will call
Blue Ribbon was the only respondent with Same Day Service on a day with a 100 degree forecast with reasonable prices. They are on my Contacts list.
Kelvin did an amazing job explaining what we needed to get our A/C fixed. He was very honest about the problem and informed us every detail about what was wrong with the unit. I definitely recommend Kelvin and this company
