The AIRCO van is parked in front of our house when they are not at work. At 703 riverlawn. Usually when he is drinking a beer with his friends he talks pretty knowledgeably about air conditioning.
Normally I wouldn't spend the time to write a review (especially on a holiday) to publicly praise someone for doing what is part of their job description however every so often there are a few flowers like Tony Pardo amongst the weeds who go above and beyond said description and deserve to be recognized for exceptional customer service, professionalism and taking the time to do the job right regardless of circumstance. Tony not only took the time to fix mistakes made by others, he answered any and every question I had patiently and without judgement. He treated my home with respect and his attention to detail went beyond expectations. I can tell he takes pride in his work and it felt like the same effort he would go if it were his own grandparents house. If HVAC personnel aren't considered essential, they should be because having AC in Texas is essential - especially during the hottest part of the year. Happy 4th Mr. Pardo - from my family to yours.
They came out same day and technician walked me through every step of the process. He was knowledgeable and super friendly!
AiRCO saved the day! We called in the late morning, and Jon, the service tech, called us in the late afternoon informing us that he was on his way. The office team worked to accommodate us on a Friday afternoon just before a holiday weekend. Jon was personable and sharp, and we chatted for a bit. We ask about him wearing a mask if he needed to come in, and was gracious and understanding. But he didn't even need to come inside was able to diagnose the issue from outside, turned out to be a bad capacitor. I asked for a price estimate to replace the unit, and it was very competitive. There was no pressure to make a sale on the spot, like some companies do. Also the cost of the repair can be credited toward the new unit for the next two weeks if we pull the trigger. Sweet : ) Last, the communication was excellent. Jon directly contacted us, instead of the office, which made things much easier. Our condo is difficult to get to and I was able to guide him through a shortcut, in the past its been a huge pain with service co's that don't let you talk to the tech over the phone. Killing it AiRCO!
Jeremy was very personable and took time to walk me through my options including consideration of what money I might want to put into an older unit. Described everything in detail and got my downstairs AC working in no time. Will absolutely use AirCo again with any future needs.
Jon was great. He is very knowledgeable, and answered all a our questions and concerns.
I had Jon out recently for annual maintenance on my two units. He was professional and through. My outside coils were very dirty, and he took the time to clean them really well.

Junior was simply fantastic. He diagnosed two air leaks and a bad capacitor in less than 15 minutes. Had the replacement parts in the van, and installed in short order.
John Paul was amazing. Best installation experiance in a long time. Wish every service tech expericne was like this.
Have been an AirCO customer for 3 years and knew they would be able to help when our thermostat lost power. Jon gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was on the way and arrived right on time. He was informative and provided great service. We’re thankful to have him come out and get our AC back up and running; especially during a hot Texas summer day. Thanks Jon!
The first week of 100 plus degree weather in June, and this is the time that my air conditioner just stopped working. I called AirCo expecting to be without cool air for a few days, at least. AirCo was able to get someone to me within a few hours, and our tech,Junior, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The issue was fully handled and I was only without air for a few hours. They followed up the next day to make sure everything is still working properly. I am so impressed with this company and grateful for their incredible customer service.
Had an AC unit go out on Sunday. AirCo set up appointment for Monday. Junior diagnosed problem, replaced the part and got us up and running (and cool!) very quickly. He also check our other unit while he was out to make sure we would have no further issues. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. Would definitely use and recommend AirCo and Junior in the future!
Had them install a new system last year. Done in one day, everything working. It ended up needing a hot start kit because of the electrical, they installed one for free to make sure everything was working. Just had the one year service done by Jon, he explained everything that what was going on with the system and it is running great.
I had some issues with AC and have a new baby. We needed to get it looked at quickly so we could get the baby sleeping normally! Junior was able to respond and help us out even though it was after hours. He was helpfull with all our questions and showed up quickly to resolve the issues!
Jon was professional, personable, and informative about the work he was doing. I signed up for the service plan in large part because of his job performance.
Quick and efficient scheduling. Specialist called before the visit. Jon did a great job checking the system and explaining what needs to be monitored regularly. Strongly recommend.
