I found this company on Google and must say I found my new company for my plumbing & AC needs. Tyrone came out and corrected a problem from a previous plumber. The customer service was great and he was able to explain everything regarding the issue.

Very impressed !! They came so fast after 530 pm we had our ac go Out on a Friday night ! And it was back up an running before 830 pm ! I will definitely use them in the future ! Thank you so much guys .. it was a 103 degree day !
Dawson with Wilson Family Plumbing, Heating and Air provided us phenomenal service! Our A/C was only blowing warm air. From the time I placed the call to Dawson fixing our unit was less then an hour! Outstanding family owned three generation business. My out door unit stopped working with it being 100 degrees outside at 5 pm on a Wednessday. They were the one company that made it a point to work me in to their busy schedule and showed up at 11:30 at night. Changed a capacitor and got me up and running. Then the compressor went out 4 days later on Sunday. So, I had them install a new system due to the age and quality of my current system. Took a bit to find the system due to the current supply chain issues but they did it. Then when the last unit in the state fell off the forklift fork at the supplier, they got me the next level up unit for the same price. Install was done quickly and with good workmanship. Just a very nice, professional and personable family. Will definitely be my new go to.
Dawson was great! We were without AC for a few hours with the house temp reaching 80+. Dawson came in and in no more than 10 minutes we have AC! Highly recommend!!
Our AC unit went out last weekend. The service tech showed up and promised the unit would be running before he left (it was over 100 degrees outside, hottest day of the year so far). It felt like meeting a real life super hero. He was able to fix the unit and find the problem that day. Really appreciate their expertise and quick response. Words cannot express how thankful I was to have them come out! Awesome work!
Wow. This company is exceptional from their customer service to their plumbing services. I have used numerous companies over the years as a landlord, but this was the absolute best. Tyrone delivered great service all the way around. He was professional, thorough, and explained everything to me once he diagnosed the leak in my home relatively quickly when two plumbers before him failed to find it. My a/c stopped cooling upstairs. Had a big name company come out and check it it said that I needed a expensive repair. Eric came out and check the system for me and decided after checking the system over and understanding the details on how it stopped to just recharge the unit and see how it goes. Stated that he would check back a week and see. So far we are still running cold.

Very responsive and professional! They can do commercial or residential too and I’ve used them on both. TYRONE IS A GENIUS and genuinely great man!! Tyrone arrived as scheduled, after normal hours on an extended Tuesday, to quickly help me clear lines, and identify the true source (city) issue, regarding our septic/sewer/toilets system backup over the weekend. I do not normally write reviews of any kind, but when a company goes above and beyond what is usually expected in a service company, they deserve an applause. Wilson Family Plumbing is my go-to for any kind of plumbing need. The have installed gas lines, replaced outdoor hose bibs, indoor faucets and scoping of my drainage system…so far! Everything they do is done professionally and to excellent standards. They are fast to respond to my needs and get me scheduled at my convenience. Their bids are competitive, but I won’t bother with any bids any longer because I wouldn’t want anyone else to touch my plumbing! When there is any kind of issue, they are immediately there to make it right. They truly desire to do the absolute best for their customers. Customer service is exceptional. It makes a big difference to work with a family of people proud of the service they offer who honestly care about their customers. And I have to say Tyrone is my kind of guy. Friendly, professional, fast and very knowledgeable. Believe me, you won’t be sorry. These guys are good, honest and they care!
