Started using Neighborhood in 2007 and have not used any other company since. Can’t tell you how many times Dave has saved the day for our family over the years. Night or day he’s taken my calls. He’s even gone out of his way to walk me thru fixing an issue just to get us by until he could make it out to the house. Many of our neighbors now use Dave through my referral. We highly recommend Neighborhood Heat and Air!
Installed both inside and outside unit ran new duck was very professional and explained everything at the end of the installation definitely would recommend this company
I've been using them for years and will never change. David does our summer and winter checkups before we change over for the season. David and Nita are a great team Nita always keeps me updated when David's on his way and with a time frame of his arrival. David never rushes a job he keeps me informed and answers all my questions. TRUST ME YOU CAN'T GO WRONG NEIGHBORHOOD HEAT AND AIR.
Used Neighborhood Air Conditioning for the first time and was extremely pleased. Dave showed up on time, very professional and personable. Took his time to explain what was wrong, made the repairs and was very reasonable. Thanks, Dave.

I am a fan of using small businesses in my community. We have been using Neighborhood Heating & Air Conditioning for regular maintenance and repairs since we moved into our home 3 years ago. They are friendly, on time, and go above and beyond when providing quality service at a value.
This is a family-run(David and Nita) business that I have used twice, once for heating and recently for AC, both times service was prompt and efficient. Recently our AC went out and I called and Nita told me that David had just finished a job and would arrive at my home at 10:04am. I looked out my window at 10:04am just as David pulled up-talk about prompt! He analyzed the problem and was able to fix it quickly much to my family’s delight considering the heat index was 109 degrees at Love Field. The price was very reasonable and service was first-rate. I highly encourage anyone needing heating and ac services to contact Neighborhood Services Heating and Air.

Nita was great on the phone when I called late with a heating issue and David was very quick to figure out the problem when he looked at the furnace so we had some fun talking about hunting for a little bit before he left! Service, price and and just really good people ti work with are all 5 stars from me! I would highly recommend Neighborhood Heating and AC.
One of my AC units was not working... turn it on, and could hear a click outside but no fan action. Called Neighborhood Heating & Air at 9:50AM the next morning... and David was here by 11AM. Turned out it was something so simple. An over look on the breaker for a possible power surge. Gave me info on what to look for when temps get hotter, as there may still be an issue... but for today everything looked ok and is back working. He did not charge me for coming out since it was a simple breaker issue today. However, I will be calling them and using them in the future for my AC main. Thank you so much for your help!
Referred by my previous A/C company, which is now only doing commercial work. Scheduled service for next day. David arrived on schedule and was very friendly and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with A/C. Also informed me of what work may be required in the future, but didn't try to upsell me. Great service, fair prices, and quality work. If you're looking for a local, honest, family owned business, Neighborhood is the company for you. I'll always use them from now on !
David is extremely honest and did a great job. He showed up on time and repaired our A/C problem fast. We have used his services several times and we are very happy with him.
David helped us get a new, better system for a fair price. Our previous problems have been fixed, and I have a lot less stress about whether things are working right. Installation was fast, friendly, and professional.
David has been my air/heat service guy for years. He replaced my upstairs coil just this morning. He is always on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He services my rental property in Garland as well. I wouldn't use anyone else and believe me, I'd tried a bunch in years past! He knows his stuff!!
David has been servicing my HVAC for six years and I just won’t call anyone else. His service is honest and impeccable, and he ALWAYS makes time when there’s an emergency. He’s personable and kind, too. As a woman, I have no qualms about being alone in my home with him - that can be a big deal when we are by ourselves! His wife, Nita, is the sweet woman who takes the calls and is always on top of letting you know exactly when he’s on his way. It’s a small outfit, but I like to support small businesses, and his work is fantastic. You’d be foolish to go with any other company!

David was great! We'd been told one of our outdoor units was dead and quoted $1800.00 to replace the compressor with a used replacement... David got it running like it was no problem at all. Did an overall check and now we are cool without paying thousands. Nita is also so great to work with and we'll never use another company as long as these guys are available.
HONEST, Experienced, competitively priced! I would recommend David Smith and his crew to anyone! We have used him to install and maintain our air conditioning units! Never upsells, never does any more than necessary! We will definitely use him again!
