This company is fantastic!! The employees were very professional and kind. Those guys worked very hard and didn't stop until the job was done right. I felt truly blessed to have this company install my air system.

Jordan was so kind and honest and professional. Even as a first-time customer (without priority status as a loyal customer), he came out the same day and stayed until well-over hours (after 10 pm) after he’s already had a long, hot day himself in heat indexes over 120. Thank you Jordan for diagnosing the problem quickly, working quietly around my resting children, explaining the issue and your services, driving an additional hour out of the way to pick up a part, and then working late into the evening to keep us in our home that night. The service was over and above!

Paul was so awesome! He came out on a Sunday to help get our AC back on. He worked so hard and fixed our issue and was so nice and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have him help us so diligently.
Firehouse Heating & Air came to our home to inspect the air conditioning. They found the system was leaking (as we suspected) and they provided pictures of the issues identified. They discussed a list of options available to us, and we decided to have a new furnace and air conditioning installed. They provided us with financing options which suited our ability to pay over time. The installation work was accomplished on schedule, in one day. They even checked in with us after the installation and made sure we knew how to work the new thermostat. Fantastic service, great value.
The service was good but they are to pricey. I was charged $340 for a part I could have bought for $100 or less, pluss the service call totaling just under $500.
I couldn’t ask for more!!! Being that I was in hvac in most all of my career before retiring, I am very hard to please because I know what to look for most of the time. This is the first company/contractor that I have used since moving to Texas 8+ years ago that I am 100% pleased and satisfied. Bryan came to look over what we had to quote 2 replacement furnaces and air conditioners. It was expensive and I knew it would be but I feel Bryan was very professional and honest and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed or wanted. Then the installation crew came and they were actually 3 minutes early instead of late like most. The whole crew was so very friendly and respectful of not only our home but us also. Never did they show the slightest sign of annoyance when I would ask a question. The only thing I am upset about is that I didn’t find them sooner. I never knew how good an a/c could work. Thought my old ones were working ok but now I know they weren’t. I also had them install a UV light/electrostatic filter. My wife has issues with sinus problems and can smell any smells and is very hard to please because of that. The first thing she said when she walked into the house was the house smells so fresh. Wow!!! The last thing was the installation supervisor, before he left, looked over the install. One of the condensing units was about 1/2” off square with the house. With my OCD, I had already saw that but thought I would square it up after they left. Nope, he squared it up before I had a chance to. What’s really reassuring also is 100% of the problems with my old system that I knew were there, they mentioned and corrected with the new install before I even said anything. I was telling my daughter all of this and her comment was, if everyone only knew how hard it is for anyone to get this kind of praise from me. 🤣🤣Actually true though. I heard about Firehouse Heating and Air from a really reliable technician friend of mine, and I’m so glad I went with them for our new unit. Everyone from the receptionist, the owner (Wesley), and the crew (we had Juan’s & team) were beyond professional. The team was very responsive to any questions we had. I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know in need of an amazing company.
Jordan show up on time and helped us with a bad fan motor. He is a real pro.
Paul was so friendly & informative. He did a thorough job & caught a couple of not-apparent issues that could have meant pricey future repairs. He took extensive before & after photos during the cleaning & maintenance & kept us up to the minute. He was great.

My AC stopped cooling and my outside unit started making a humming noise and the fan wasn't turning. I called Firehouse heating and air they sent out Paul to check it out. Paul was very professional - even wore booties before entering our home. He quickly found the problem, obtained the parts and had it running! I can't say enough great things about this company, Thanks Firehouse Heating and Air!

Jordan arrived on time, was very courteous and was careful about cleanliness throughout the process. He discovered that there was a problem with my vent system and spent an additional two hours to correct it by installing a proper connector. I highly recommend Jordan and the Firehouse company. S.
